That’s a wrap from our side as well. Thank you for joining us from all around the globe. This is Prince Suman signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Saipavan Janaki and Scorer / Analyst Raju Khariya. Do join us for the other fixtures across the globe. Until then, Ta-Ta, Bye-Bye.

Ravichandran Ashwin( Dindigul Dragons Captain):  "There was some excellent quick bowling on display. Giving people a chance and hoping they take it with both hands. In these circumstances, you'll succeed if you're consistent in getting wickets. In this position, I'm learning as well. This game will always be bigger than anyone."
C Hari Nishaanth( Siechem Madurai Panthers  Captain): "Difficult to bat on really bad to be on the losing side and we have 5 more games and hoping for the best, we started well and at one time heading up to 170, but we lost the wickets. We have to stick to our basics and practice well. All I want to do is compliment Kousik."
Subodh Bhati(Player of the Match) : I'm absolutely glad that performed in back-to-back games and was glad to win this, The wicket is different and the length balls are working on that surface and This wicket was nipping cutting, and anything. (Ashwin)He was always backing me. An important to captain is backing you."

Subodh Bhati is the Player of the Match.

Time for the post-match presentation....
Baba Indrajith : "I think the bowlers did a better job in the first innings and put in the driving seat, the pitch has bounce and swing and we built a partnership and win this game. I would like to contribute better in the coming games. Today it's not about getting 50 and wanting to go more in the future. (Asnwin Captaincy) Amazing and he's given me the confidence and given me a fixed role".
10:32 PM IST| A fantastic team's bowling and batting efforts ensured  Dragons to win this match by 7 wickets. Baba Indrajith (78*) and Adithya Ganesh (22*) remained unbeaten till the end and finished the game with 5.5 overs remaining.

In pursuit of 124, Dragons started on the worst possible note as the key man Shivam Singh departed on the second over of the innings. That was soon followed by  Vimal Khumar, who was outplayed by Gurjapneet Singh. They scored 44 runs for the loss of 3 wickets inside the powerplay.

Baba Indrajith alongside Adithya Ganesh took charge to rescue their team from a critical situation. The duo soaked up the pressure and started rotating strikes to keep the scoreboard ticking. Once Indrajith settled in the crease, he started accelerating the innings and smashed boundaries all over the ground. He scored 78 runs off 48 balls and was ably supported by Ganesh who scored 22 runs. The duo stitched 92 runs of partnership and ensured no more hiccups in this chase. Both were unbeaten till the end and finished the game with 5.5 overs remaining. From a bowling point of View, Gurjapneet Singh was the only bowler who bowled well as he scalped  3 wickets for his team.

Earlier, after being invited to bat first. Siechem Madurai Panthers got off to a decent start as they scored 43 runs despite losing the first wicket early. Jagatheesan Kousik came at number three and smashed boundaries all over the ground and scored 45 runs from 34 balls before he was trapped in front of the wicket. Once spinners came into the game, Panthers lost their wicket in regular interval and was bundled out for 123 runs in 19.3 overs.

The Dragons' bowling unit performed admirably, with Subodh Bhati and P Saravan Kumar leading the way by taking three wickets each. Varun Chakravarthy claimed two wickets, while Ravichandran Ashwin and M Mathivanan secured one wicket apiece.

Stick around for the post-match presentations…….
