That's a wrap of the first semi-final here in Lahore. It was a thrilling game between KPK and Northern. KPK is through to the final. Northern is out of the tournament. "If you see the wicket was good, but the bowlers bowled well, 157 was chaseable, we buckled under semifinal pressure but got the job done. We looked at combinations. So, we have our finalist and it is Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They have beaten Northern 2 on the bounce in 2 days. They had lost their previous five encounters against Northern till last night. Yesterday they thrashed them today in contrasting fashion, have beaten Northern. The star initially was Farhan but it was the skipper Iftikhar Ahmed show 45 not out of 17 balls strike rate of over 200. 156 was a bit below par on this pitch.

Nobody got going in the Northern innings. Lots of players got stranded in the 20s and the last over of Arshad Iqbal 3 runs and 3 wickets was the game-changing moment. KP's fielding was magnificent. They were in trouble in the chase but Iftikhar rescued them with this whirlwind knock for an exciting finish. Usman in the end hitting the winning runs remaining not out on 15 off 11 balls.
