That's all from this contest, folks! Gujarat Titans win by 3 wickets and move to number six on the points table. We hope you enjoyed today's double-header. Thank you for staying with us throughout both games.

For now, this is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of co-commentators, AkshayaKrishna Polya, Sidharth Gulati, and scorer/analyst Paras Yadav. CHEERS!
Tewatia's performance in successful run-chases for GT:

Strike Rate: 163.50

Highest Score: 43*

Fours/Sixes: 26/9
In each of the five matches between PBKS and GT, the team chasing has emerged as the winner.
R Sai Kishore (Player of the Match): "I was just trying to give my 120% for the team after not playing for maybe 20-25 days. So I just wanted to go there, enjoy myself, and give my everything for the team.

I don't have anything specific in mind, but I believe Ashish Nehra has created a wonderful environment here. He encourages us to play fearlessly and focus on team spirit, regardless of the outcome. His advice to me was simple: go out there and enjoy myself. That freedom allowed me to express myself fully on the field.

I think instinctively I felt the conditions of the wicket and realized that a change of pace was the way to go here. It turned out to be a successful strategy, and credit goes to everyone who showed up today. Rahul played amazingly well, and once again, Rashid and Noor bowled beautifully. It was truly a complete team effort. I just like growing my hair. I haven't done anything to it, so it's just growing naturally."
PLAYER OF THE MATCH: R SAI KISHORE
Shubman Gill (GT Captain): "Definitely, we would have loved to finish it a bit earlier. But good to get those 2 points.

Very exciting for me in this (captain's) role. It's exciting to take up the role. Apart from the overrate, most of the things have been good to me.

I am concentrating on my batting and not allowing the captaincy to come in its way while batting.

Just that he (Livingstone) was rushing me on there but the ball that I got out, I would have made that decision even without that bit."
Most Fours in the Match: Rahul Tewatia (7 boundaries)
Super Sixes of the Match: Prabhsimran Singh (3 maximums)
Fantasy Player of the Match: R Sai Kishore (128 points)
Electric Striker of the Match: Harpreet Brar (29 off 12 balls at an impressive SR of 241.67)
Time of the post-match presentation...
Rahul Tewatia (GT, translated from Hindi): "We practice these situations only in the nets (chuckles). We practice the same role given to us by the team. If we can nail the role, then what's better than that?

After me, we had a bit of batting to come. Shahrukh Khan was there, and Azmatullah Omarzai was batting alongside me. We had the belief. I had enough time to see off a few deliveries before going into my business.

There was not much turn visible for the spinners. When the left-arm spinner (Harpreet Brar) came into the attack, I targeted him."
Sam Curran (PBKS Captain): "(On whether PBKS were 15-20 runs short) I think so. The effort with the ball was incredible. The fight from the team was amazing. Just wasn't meant to be our game.

"The Afghanistan bowlers (Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad) are world-class spinners. Sai Kishore bowled beautifully. Credit to GT for getting over the line.

"Anything above 160-165 would have been tough.

"I thought the way we bowled we gave ourselves a chance. But with the bat, we lost quite a few wickets after the powerplay. We can't really lose more games. Need to have a positive mindset for the remaining matches."
11:07 PM IST, Local Time: Rahul Tewatia played a valuable knock of 36* runs when his team needed it and helped Gujarat Titans win by 3 wickets and 5 balls to spare. GT return to winning ways.

Earlier, after opting to bat first, Punjab Kings were bundled out for 142 runs in exactly 20 overs. Sam Curran (20) and Prabhsimran Singh (35) provided a solid start to the hosts, adding 52 runs for the first wicket.

Following the wickets of both openers, Punjab Kings started losing wickets at regular intervals and were reeling at 99/7 in the 16th over of the innings. Harpreet Singh Bhatia and Harpreet Brar tried to steady the ship, and the latter played a cameo of 12-ball 29 runs at the cue end of the innings, helping the hosts cross the 140-run mark. On the other hand, Bhatia struggled to time the ball and contributed 14 runs off 19 balls.

Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore shone with the ball for Gujarat Titans, claiming four wickets. Mohit Sharma and Noor Ahmad chipped in with a couple of wickets, while Rashid Khan contributed one wicket.

In pursuit of 142 runs, Gujarat Titans lost Wriddhiman Saha for just 13 runs, but Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan batted sensibly and added 40+ runs for the second wicket, with Gill falling prey to Livingstone and departing for 35 runs. Livingstone struck again, this time removing Miller for a mere 4 runs, further aiding Punjab Kings in their attempt to crawl back into the game.

Following Miller's dismissal, GT suffered a double blow as Sai Sudharsan (31) and Azmatullah Omarzai (13) fell in quick succession, putting the team under pressure.
However, Rahul Tewatia rose to the occasion with a blistering knock of 36* runs off just 18 balls, steering GT towards victory. GT did lose a couple of wickets at the cue end of the innings as well but the match was in the pocket for the visitors by then, eventually, winning by 3 wickets and 5 balls to spare.

Harshal Patel bagged three wickets for the Kings. Liam Livingstone chipped in with his brilliant spell, claiming 2 wickets for 19 runs in his 4-over quota, while Arshdeep Singh and Sam Curran contributed a solitary wicket for the hosts.

Stay tuned for the presentation....
