Hayley Matthews (Player of the Match & West Indies Women Captain): "I think just wanting to lead from the front and set a really good example as the captain. I want to go out there and, I guess, get to the front and help pull the girls along. And I think the better I am able to perform, the more it encourages and motivates the girls to follow suit.
I think that's it for me, really. I don't think it was necessarily too different for me. Obviously, it was pretty unlucky to get out for zero in the last game. However, I approach all my T20 innings in a similar manner – aiming to be aggressive yet responsible at the same time. I focus on picking my areas and maintaining a positive mindset in my planning process.
I think our bowling has really been clicking, which makes me happy. As for the batting department, there are always areas we can improve on. However, considering today's opportunity to chase 122 runs, and the fact that we only lost two or three wickets in the end, it definitely shows that we're doing a lot of things right."
