Tamim Iqbal (Fortune Barishal Captain): "Looking at the wicket, it looked better than the previous one. Early game usually has something for the bowlers upfront. I keep a high standard for my fielding and that guy was dangerous after he struck a few boundaries, but I was relaxed once he was soon back. Mayers games is power hitting my game is to find the gaps and it was a fantastic job for Mayers with both bat and ball. Both teams are quality and we don't mind whoever comes in the second qualifier. We should just focus on ourselves and look forward."
Kyle Mayers (Player Of The Match): "Would love to stay in the habit in winning POTM awards till the competition finishes. At the beginning it was a bit tacky but this pitch was better than the last game. It was much better, the ball came on well to the bat and us bowling first helped. Not so much swing here, but once the conditions are fitting I always look to take advantage."
