7:09 PM IST and 6:39 PM IST | That's it. Thank you for joining us! On behalf of my co-commentator Saptak Sanyal and scorer Zeeshan, I, Sidharth Gulati, say goodbye! Cheers!
Yasir Shah (Abbottabad Skipper): "I was clear that I wanted to bowl first. Happy with the bowlers. They stuck to the plan. I told Fakhar Zaman to stay till the end. Thankfully, he got the job done for us. Sajjad Ali and Kamran Ghulam have been outstanding throughout the tournament."
Iftikhar Ahmed(Peshawar Region Captain)- "Credit goes to the Abbottabad side. They played good cricket in both the format and they are better than us today. I thought we should reach 200 to get to a safe total, so we wanted to hit big from the start. We thought that Haris is an experienced cricketer and he should have been the best choice with Farhan in the pressure game like this. Imran JNR and Imran SNR were good even today. I have seen a lot of good cricketers in this tournament. I want to thank the fans for all the support."
Mohammad Shahab(Player of the Match)- "Thanks to the almighty that I bowled as per the plan. Their team was very strong and I kept on hitting the same line and length to disturb them. In T20s, having variations is the key and I did that. I dedicate my performance to my parents."
Player of the match- Mohammad Shahab
Outstanding performance of the match- Fakhar Zaman
Sajjad Ali(Abbottabad Region)- "Thanks to the almighty. I have focused on the plan given by the team management and that has paid off. When Fakhar Zaman plays with me, he guides me well. He continues to hit the boundaries and that remains as an advantage. Our fast bowlers did well and restricted them to 170. They bowled really well."
6:46 PM IST and 6:16 PM Local Time | That's it. Abbottabad win by seven wickets, progress to the final.

Asked to bat first, Peshawar got off to a quick start with Mohammad Haris and Sahibzada Farhan adding 30 for the opening wicket in three overs before Aqib Khan got the better of the latter, who made 15. Mohammad Haris and No. 3 Sajad Ibrahim tried their best to hit big shots consistently, but both the batters fell in the space of 18 deliveries. Haris scored 16, while Ibrahim’s 19 came off 15 balls with three boundaries. Soon, Iftikhar Ahmed, the Peshawar skipper, was back in the hut for a second-ball duck, and that left his team in a spot of bother. Israrullah and Aamer Azmat then stabilized the innings with a 40-run stand but Aamer (14), in the anxiety to up the scoring rate, was trapped LBW in the 14th over. Israrullah then ran out of partners and as a result, Peshawar were bowled out for 169 in 19.2 overs. Israrullah remained unbeaten on 73 off 34 with 10 fours and three sixes. For Abbottabad, Mohammad Shahab grabbed a five-wicket haul. Aqib Khan and Fayyaz Khan took two apiece.

In reply, Abbottabad rode Sajjad Ali and Fakhar Zaman’s unbeaten fifties to seal the deal with 13 balls remaining. Once Sajjad and Fakhar guided Abbottabad past 100 inside the first 10 overs, the job was easy for the Yasir Shah-led team. Sajjad hit 57 off 29 with seven maximums and a four. Fakhar stayed unbeaten on 79 off 46 with eight fours and five sixes. Afaq Khan hit the winning runs for Abbottabad. For Peshawar, Iftikhar, M Imran JNR and Abbas Ali took a wicket each.
