In pursuit of Joburg’s 94 runs, Durban Qalandars lost Tim Seifert and Andre Fletcher for 7 and 12 runs, respectively, but Hazratullah Zazai kept the scoreboard ticking at a brisk pace from the other end. Zazai paired up with Asif Ali and took the game too far from the Joburg Buffaloes. Asif failed to bat till the end and departed after contributing 23 runs off 13 balls, but Zazai remained unbeaten on 41 runs and finished the game with a six with five balls to spare.
On the bowling front, Mohammad Hafeez bagged a couple of wickets for Joburg Buffaloes, while Noor Ahmad celebrated a solitary wicket.
