I bowled okay throughout the tournament. It has been the story of the tournament for us. Couldn't get going. Rossouw is an experienced campaigner. He has played plenty of T20s around the world and he keeps his head cool at all stages. It has been a great experience and loved to have the opportunity to play in the inaugural edition of MLC."

Chasing a competitive score of 171, the Los Angeles Knight Riders were off to another disastrous start with the bat as the Orcas’ bowlers ripped through the top order. Cameron Gannon commenced the collapse by getting rid of Jaskaran Malhotra in the second over before the right-arm pacer dismissed Gajanand Singh 3(3) in the same over. Imad Wasim soon joined the wickets tally by having the woods over Jason Roy 2(5). Saif Badar collected a couple of crucial boundaries but the right-hander also threw his wicket away in the powerplay.
The Knight Riders were tottering at 26/4 after the end of the field restrictions after dealing with some early blows. Rilee Rossouw counterattacked in the 7th over and released some pressure. Dre-Russ also took the aggressive route and started to step on the gas.
