So, that's it from another game in the Ireland Provincial ODI. We will be back with more cricketing actions across the globe in our network. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentators Deepak Prakash, and Megh Mandaliya alongside scorer/analyst Yogesh Kumar. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
10:40 PM IST: We have witnessed a thriller at Bready where the pendulum swung from one end to another. In the end, North West Warriors who held their nerves to win by 3 wickets with 2 balls to spare. They pulled things back with the ball and then paced their chase very well to end up on the winning side.

Chasing a gettable target of 254 for the win, the Warriors got off to a solid start courtesy of their openers Stephen Doheny and Aniruddha Chore. The Warriors lost Chore initially due to a toe injury that he suffered and then came back to finish his innings. He made 36 off 54 balls. Stephen Doheny top scored with a wonderful 78 off 100 balls. Erlank chipped in with 28 off 35 balls. But it was the skipper Shane Getkate  who held the innings together and stayed unbeaten till the end. He was unbeaten on 58* off 64 balls. William McClintock played a handy cameo of 32 off 24 balls which helped the Required Rate to be under control. Thereafter, the target was achieved in 49.4 overs with the help of 13 extras given by the fielding side. NWW walked away with a 3-wicket win.

The bowlers of Northern Knights tried their best but it was a bridge too far for them. A couple of wickets apiece for Matthew Humphreys, Ruan Pretorius, and Tim van Woerkam. The other wicket went to Koen. Humphreys and Woerkam bowled well while Pretorius was taken to the cleaners. All in all, a good bowling performance from the Knights.

Earlier in the game, Northern Knights were off to a flier courtesy of their openers Ross Adair and Ruhan Pretorius. Adair was the shining light for the Knights as he blazed away to a breath-taking 76 off 56 balls. Pretorius struggled towards the end after losing his opening partner. He scored 50 off 85 balls. Morgan Topping chipped in with 32 off 47 balls. Skipper Neil Rock scored 24 off 28 balls. Tim van Woerkam scored 18 off 27 balls. Cameos from Matthew Hamphreys (15* off 11), and Josh Manley (10* off 5 ) propelled the Knights past 250. They ended with 253/9 in 50 overs with the help of 12 extras given by the fielding side.

Despite going wicketless, Cian Robertson was the pick of the bowlers as he kept things tight and allowed the other bowlers to take wickets. Robertson gave away just 29 runs in 10 overs. Michael Erlank was the pick of the bowlers as far as taking wickets are concerned. He finished with figures of 4/46 in 9 overs. A couple of wickets for Scott MacBeth who bowled well in his 8 overs. The other wicket fell to Jared Wilson who bowled 7 overs and gave away only 31 runs. All in all, a great bowling performance from the Warriors towards the end after a blistering start by the Knights helped them win the game today by 3 wickets and 2 balls to spare.

So, a win for the Warriors over the Knights by 3 wickets to round off the first half of the season. The second half of the season will resume from the month of August.

6 SIXXX! That will do it for the North West Warriors. The skipper has finished the contest with a maximum. Fuller length on the middle and leg, Getkate stays deep in the crease, gets his front leg out of the way, and swats that through the line as the ball sails over the long-off comfortably for half a dozen. North West Warriors have defeated the Northern Knights by 3 wickets.
