That's a wrap from us!! Pakistan crawled their way back from what was looking to be a real upset on the cards for them, they have turned over this new-age Irish side by 13 runs and remain unbeaten in the series. Ireland women's will face-off against the formidable Australian side on Thursday here at the same venue, join us for that one too. Until then this is Shashank Surly signing off along with my fellow commentator Saipavan Janaki and scorer Chandan Singh. Goodnight and goodbye :)
Bismah Maroof (Winning Captain): " Our bowlers performed well and that kept us alive in the contest and got us over the line. Our players know their role and in batting, every batters know what to do at different stages of the game. Tuba Hassan is a brilliant youngster and am really pleased with her performance today."
Nida Dar (Player of the Match):  " My role was pretty clear going out that stage, help my side to a good score. As a senior player I had to take the responsibility, we are used to this weather condition and it's very difficult to adapt and perform. Tuba Hassan is a brilliant spinner, very energetic and skilled. This series is very useful as the Commonwealth and T20 World Cup is coming up."
Laura Delany (Losing captain): "We just lost our way in the middle overs and didn't get the required boundaries and really disappointed with that as we couldn't push our self and get victorious. We are really excited to be playing against the best sides in the world and we are excited to take on against Australia and Pakistan."
Post match Presentation is coming up..
Heartbreak for Ireland as Pakistan win this game by 13 runs( DLS Method). Pakistan held their nerves better and overcome this spirited Ireland side. The tightest games we have had in this series so far. Ireland remain winless in this series as Pakistan register their first win in this series and continue their unbeaten run.

The start was delayed by almost an hour due to rain, Pakistan opted to bat first on a sluggish surface. They suffered a body blow in the first legal delivery of the match by losing Irma Javed to Ava Canning. Muneeba Ali and Bismah Maroof built a strong rebuilding process and had Pakistan at 32/1 at the end of the powerplay, that's when rain hit and the match was reduced to 14 overs per side. Both Ali and Maroof fell for 29 and 13 respectively post the rain break.

Nida Dar was the star as she provided the fire works in the end as she smashed a brilliant 15 ball 26 and took the Pakistan total past the 90 run mark and starred with the ball too with an impressive spell of 1 for 17 off her three.

Laura Delany and Jane Maguire picked up 2 wickets apiece for the Irish. But they couldn't contain the Pakistanis under a par score. This meant that Ireland had to chase down a mammoth score of 97.

Gaby Lewis (47 off 41) and Rebecca Stokell (19 off 24) started off the chase with real intent and took the opening stand over 50. The Pakistani spinners provided real squeeze at the Irish players and took the game away from them Tuba Hassan was brilliant with her figures of 1 for 10 off her 3 overs, as Nida Dar and Fatima Sana chipped in with a wicket apiece. In the end Ireland could only manage 83 runs in the end.
