In this chase of 157, it was Fortuin and Adams who contributed with 27 each, Copeland was great as he top-scored with 40, Jonker battling a groin strain scored 30 off 25 balls invaluable contribution. Hardus Viljoen with 18 off 8 balls won them the game. Von Berg contributed with 6 off 3 balls as well.
The Warriors bowled well, but the pacers went the distance as the use of them was baffling to me. Spin was great as they picked up early wickets but the pacers and some sloppiness cost them big time. JJ Smuts was the pick of the bowlers with 1-16 in 4 overs. 2-33 in 4 overs for Ndwanda. A wicket for Makhosi and a couple of wickets for Mnyaka. But it was not enough for the win for the Warriors as they stand eliminated from the competition.
Earlier in the day, the Warriors after opting to bat first put up 156-6 with Lubbe scoring 35 off 25 balls and Tristan Stubbs top-scored once again with 47 off 30 balls. Diego Rossier also scored a handy 31 off 22 balls in the end.
For the Rocks' bowlers, Manack was good in his 1-21 in 4 overs, Viljoen was tonked for 36 runs in 3 overs but he made up with willow in the hand. Mahima was economical in his 4 overs for 22 runs. Adams was expensive as he went for 45 runs in 4 overs. The pick of the bowlers was Von Berg 3-26 in 4 overs. He was the bowler of the match.

4 Full and straight, driven down the ground and Viljoes finishes this off. Brilliant chase by the Rocks, get past the line comfortably at the end. Vuuren was very expensive today, going for 55 in his 4 overs.

4 FOURRR! Full and wide, driven down the ground away from the long off fielder, who jumps and saves it but then pushes it back on the boundary rope, looked close to the boundary line. He gets the throw in and the batter was struggling to get it but the fielder missed the return throw. On the replay it's clear that the ball hits the boundary line, don't know why the fielder didn't indicate it to the umpire. Lots of confusion!!!
