A Great cricketing match here in Derby, 109th T20 balst match between Derbyshire and Lancashire after winning the toss Lancashire asked Derbyshire.
An 5 runs victory to Derbyshire here the pulled absolute skimmer here. All Credits to the Last over Hero George Scrimshaw.
Although Lancashire almost dominated through out their inning they couldn’t pull 11 of the last over from George Scrimshaw. Who just gave 5 runs and made sure his teams wins the match.
The Derbyshire Scored 188/8 with the batting of Shan Masood’s 75(50), and Wayne Madsen’s 70(31). A great batting display also for Lancashire Richard Gleeson picked 3 wickets.
In reply Lancashire also started off in style almost pulled
the match within 10 overs they almost scored around 10 in first 10 over then
the run rate got slow a little bit. later on they ended up losing the game.
With this win Derbyshire moves to 4th position and Lancashire Stays on Top as well.
A good display of cricket for the day. by saying that me Kirana along with Ajay Ahire in the commentary and the scorer Yogesh are signing off. will see in the next match until then GOOD NIGHT.
Ajay: George Scrimshaw is the hero for Derbyshire...He was taken away for belters before the last over but he kept his nerves in control and delivered a classy last over and sealed a deal for the home side.
