So, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Rishabh. Do stay tuned to OneCricket and CricketExchange's coverage of a lot more matches
Faf du Plessis (Bangla Tigers Captain): We needed one guy to play and Jacks done it today. One or two overs is all it requires to trurn things around in this game and we did it in the end. WIll Jacks has the optential to play such a game and he showed he could do it given his records in the English County. With two teams on top doing well, the other teams still have the chace to turn things around to qualify for the finals and we hope we make it to that stage.
Will Jacks (Player of the Match): We needed to stay calm and collected to make things happen in this game having lost the earlier games. That's all we wanted to do to make things happen and we could do it today in this game. The format is pretty fun to play and I am enjoying it. We are in pursuIt of making it to the finals and hopefully we should be able to do it if we put wins under our belt.
What a win in the end for Bangla Tigers!! They seal a five-wicket victory with five balls to spare. The Tigers didn't get off to a great start as Samit Patel had Andre Fletcher caught by Rovman Powell. After a brief blitz, Hazratullah Zazai dragged a wide delivery onto the stumps off Abhimanyu Mithun's bowling. The skipper Faf du Plessis didn't last for long too as he missed a googly from Imran Tahir to be rapped on the pads.

All-rounder Karim Janat came up with a couple of lusty blows but he also a became a victim to Mithun in the fifth over. Johnson Charles became the next to depart as he miscued a cutter from Umair Ali to deep mid-wicket where Imran Tahir took a good running catch. The game seemed to be slipping away from Bangla Tigers' reach but Will Jacks and Benny Howell rebuilt with a lot of positive intent. The sixth and seventh overs combined to produce 41 runs which reduced the equation to 18 required off the last two overs.

The next over proved to be dramatic as the Northern Warriors gave away seven runs off the third ball courtesy a crazy overthrow routine. In the end, that Rayad Emrit fetched 17 runs to level the scores. Thereafter, Benny Howell finished off the match with a boundary to get the first win of the season

2 Jacks flicks it to the long on region for a couple.
8.3 R Emrit to B Howell
3+4 We don't get to see this a lot. A great shot from Howell and a diving effort from Jordan at the boundary, he drops it and an overthrow here. 7 runs.
8.2 R Emrit to W Jacks
1 Fuller again and Jacks hits it down the ground, another single.
8.1 R Emrit to B Howell
1 Fuller outside off and Howell pushes it to 3rd man for a single.
