That's all for today, this is Ishan signing off along with my co-commentator Akshaya and our star scorer/analyst Manish. We will be back soon with all the live action on match day. Until then, Good-Bye, Take Care!!
Dinesh Karthik | Man of the Match: "Just feels good, I'm getting used to being interviewed with people I played with. I'm very secure in this set up. In the last game, things did not go well but I felt safe after going back to the dressing room. I am thinking a bit better and am able to assess situations better. That comes from planning and experience. They bowled brilliantly up front, our openers could not get going. When I went in, Hardik told me to bide time. To execute things well is great. To go and be a local boy in Bengaluru, despite not representing RCB, is a thrill. The series is on the line which is great. Rahul Dravid has focused on what batters and bowlers need to do and not the results, the dressing room is secure and feels fuzzy which is good. That clarity and environment has helped."

Rishabh Pant | India Captain: "We talked about doing right on the day, talked about our process and here are the results. Next time onwards I will toss it with the right hand (chuckles). I am happy with the way Hardik played. And then DK bhai went all guns blazing straightaway. It was a great partnership. I guess that's were the match turned. We bowled well and I am happy to be on the winners side. It was an all-round performance from the team. I am trying to play well but not happening at the moment. It was a good overall performance and looking forward to give hundred percent in the decider."
Keshav Maharaj | Stand-in skipper of South Africa: "Few more runs leaked in the last five overs. We would have wanted to give a few less than that. We couldn't access the pitch correctly. We never really had any momentum. Couldn't get going with the bat. That is what we ended on the losing side. We did bowl well but lost control in the last half of the first-innings. Happy with the bowling performances of myself. It has been a difficult series as a spinner with these small grounds. Buzzes have been always excellent here. Looking forward for the next one."
Presentations on the way!
Avesh Khan: "I am feeling grateful here. My father's birthday as well. I am giving this performance for him. The pitch is on a slower side. Two paced as well. One would kick off and the other would be kept low. Third man was brought in and mid wicket was taken back. For the dismissal of Jansen I thought about bouncer following by a leg cutter. And for Maharaj as well, I though of bowling on hard length. We will give our hundred percent in the decider. We will try hard for a win as we know the team which wins there will take the series."
22.23 IST: That's it, Bavuma won't come to bat again which means India will secure a win by massive 82 runs.
What a comeback from India not only in the match but in the series. They were down 2-1 before coming into this game. Much like the last game it was a do or die for Men in Blue. But cometh the hour, cometh Men in Blue, they again, delivered in the crunch situation to level the series 2-2 with a decider to go on a Sunday evening. After winning a toss,  South Africa invited Pant and company to bat first. It was a good outing for the visitors till 12.5 overs of the first innings when India were 4 down for 81. But the late fireworks from Karthik and Pandya rescued India to empower them to a total of 169/6.

In reply, South Africa never looked in a chase, they got the first blow in the form of skipper Temba Bavuma who got hurt by a bumper from Bhuvneshwar Kumar which enforced him to retire hurt. After that, a horrible mixup between de Kock and Pretorius cost them the wicket of de Kock. After that wicket keep on falling at regular intervals. The backbone of their middle-order Rassie van der Dussen (20), Heinrich Klaasen(8) and David Miller(9) couldn't able to put any show on the board and were bundled out very quickly. No significant contributions from the tail either scummed their innings on 87 (87/9 with Bavuma retired hurt).

For India, Avesh Khan was the pick of the bowlers who bagged his career-best of 4/18 in T20I, Yuzvendra Chahal has again stolen the show with a couple of wickets while both the Patels (Axar and Harshal) also chipped in with a wicket. Now both the sides will travel to Bengaluru for the final T20I of the series which will be played on Sunday (19 June). India would be very high of confidence coming back in the series with 2-0 down after the first two matches but they showed the world again why you can't take them off at any time, as known for their character, Men in Blue again came back in the series after getting bruised. Stay tuned for the presentation ceremony.
16.5 A Patel to L Ngidi
W WICKETTT!!! Fuller length delivery on the middle stump line. Ngidi on the front foot swings through the line but doesn't get it off the middle of the bat. Vey high in the air and straight down to the throat of the man at long on. With that it is all over as India win by 82 runs. Bavuma won't come to bat. Shaking hands all over as India level the series at 2-2!!
