Milestone
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa getting the win without breaking a sweat it may seem. Batting first, Khyber scored a mammoth first innings total of 207 for the fall of four wickets in 20 overs. In spite of the loss of two early wickets for a score of under 20, it was Kamran Ghulam who displayed his class with a scintillating knock of 110* from 64 deliveries. This included 10 fours, six sixes, and a staggering strike rate of 171.87. The skipper Iftikhar Ahmed provided valuable support towards the end and scored a quickfire 54 from 26.


Northern's run chase couldn't get going, as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Rohan Nazir topped the charts with 34, while, Umar Amin came in second with 23. Imran Khan, Asif Afridi, and Khalid Usman contributed with two wickets apiece, whereas, Arshaq Iqbal, Mohammad Imran, and Ifthikar bagged a wicket each. Northern was eventually bundled out for 115 in 18.4 overs. 

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will take plenty of confidence heading into the semi-finals, while, Northern will be expected to go back to the drawing board.
