The trophy has been awarded and the Multan Sultans outfit is celebrating crazily. This is their moment to rejoice and cherish
Mohammad Rizwan: Our managed provided us with every facility. We played as a team and gelled as a team. We bounced back from the bottom of the table. The final match was a pressure game. I told my boys during time-out, that there will be pressure. We had decided to bat first. We tried to stay calm in face of pressure. When you go for a win, you do ignore a few things. Sohaib Maqsood used to bat down the order in Pakistan but we tried him out at the top-order here. Our bowlers did well and deserve a lot of credit.
Now, Mohammad Rizwan is walking forward to receive the cheque for the 'Winning Team'.
Wahab Riaz: It is a big thing to play in the final. We didn't play well tonight. Multan played well and deserve to be champions. The decision to bowl first was right. We again gave away too many runs at the end and that didn't help. We played good cricket. The collective effort was wonderful. We play as a team and that helps our team and hence we have played in four finals in the PSL. We have some good bowlers. We need to ensure they play a lot of first-class cricket. They will get more polished as they play well more first-class cricket.
Wahab Riaz is coming forward to take the cheque for the 'Runners-up of the Tournament'
Sohaib Maqsood: I was very confident. I finally managed to establish myself in the PSL having not done that in the previous years. The management showed faith in me and asked me to bat at number 3. I took a break from red ball cricket and worked on my skills. When your form is good, your shot selection becomes better. I don't want to do anything different. I would want to play with same aggression if I get a chance at the international level. Credit to my captain and the management for showing faith in me. They told me to go and express myself.

Azhar Mahmood: Dahani is always smiling, whether he's been hit or now. The whole team lights up. It's like we've found a new Shoaib Akhtar. This is just a start for him, we'll work on his outswingers, on his inswinger. There are things I will write down in a report for the Pakistan bowling coach (Waqar Younis) all the things he needs to work on.
Shahnawaz Dahani: This was my first year - Multan Sultans showed faith in Dahani and Dahani repaid. Now we're both PSL champions.
Blessing Muzarabani: I'm really happy. It was really good, really tough cricket. You have to get it right against the guys who take you on, it was good, a good learning experience. Especially Andy (Andy Flower) it's been really nice. No pressure, especially when I go for runs. He supports me and says just keep going buddy.
Imran Tahir: I'm just working on my six-pack , that's why I sprint. I'm seeing my wife and child after a month-and-a-half, this is for them. My role is to come in and take wickets. But my first two overs I didn't come in with that approach, with Malik in there, was trying to bowl dot balls. This is great, it's been like a family for a month. I like to thank our owners, when people didn't have an belief in us, they showed faith.
