Arjun: Whereas, one should also applaud Darren Bravo who played a major role in both the innings. In the second half of the play, he played a crucial role with his batting, and in the first innings, he kept his calm and controlled the game. At one moment, the Jaguars were cruising at 106 for 0 after 20 overs, then the stand-in skipper brought Imran Khan and the leggie spun the game completely. Khan played a huge part in his captain's master plan to all-out the opposition on the scoreline of 187 runs.
Arjun: From keeping the Jaguars down to 187 runs, to chasing down the target after being two down at the score of 15, everything went the TNT’s way. The power-packed Red Force just had to chase a mere target of 188 but they lost Evin Lewis in the very first over and then Kjorn Ottley in the sixth over. The TNT side was under some pump before Jason Mohammed alongside the stand-in skipper Darren Bravo started stitching a partnership. The duo shared a stand of 112-runs which almost sealed the deal for Trinidad and Tobago. The stand-in captain fell on 58 when his side was 61 runs away from the victory. Nicholas Pooran came in after Bravo and score a quick-fire 18 to push the total further on but in the end, Jason Mohammed got some assistance from Dinesh Ramdin to finish off the game. Jason Mohammed played a well-composed knock of 82 runs and helped his chase down the target with 58 balls to spare.
