Arjun: Then, the Arabians needed 90 runs off 32 balls. The skipper Mosaddek Hossain (44 off 21 balls) tried to put on the pressure back but he did not get any assistance from the other side!!! To be fair, the bowling was exceptional as well in the chase, especially from the opening bowlers, Summers and Imtiaz. The spinners also handled their job rightly as they did not allow the momentum to get on another side of the court. Imran Tahir was also neat in his maiden assignment as a skipper in this format. Especially when he used Summers with the breeze and Imtiaz against the breezze! In the end, a one-sided yet clinical day at the office for the Deccan Gladiators side to win the game by 29 runs!!!
Arjun: Deccan Gladiators posted the target of 121 runs which was not a mountain at the pitch but the inexperienced Arabians could not take the pressure on their soft shoulders!! The openers did not attack the bowlers in the powerplay and in no time the chasing side lost two wickets at 31runs within the 5th over!!
