So that's all from the commentary box today. This is me, Arya Sekhar Chakraborty signing off on the behalf of Kingshuk Kusari and Arijit Kundu. Do join us tomorrow at 9:10 pm.
Aaron Finch: Nice when you contribute to a win. I suppose that partnership with Maxi allowed us to go deeper. When you get wickets in the powerplay and having the rate at 10 and a half and 11 already, they had to take risks, you squeeze them and that was the difference tonight. Everyone is bloody excited to see Riley. We knew that we weren't too far off in the last game, we were pretty close in the first. We're a young team but that's not an excuse, we come here to win. To be 2-1 is...okay, we're still alive.

Kane Williamson, New Zealand skipper: I thought Australia played outstandingly well. the momentum they got with the bat, we ended up defending a lot of the time. When you get 210 it's always a pretty healthy total. At the same time it was a very good surface. We managed a reasonable start but we lost wickets, which doesn't help. Obviously had to take a few extra risks which didn't go our way either. [Preparation for next game] It's probably no training, just try to make some subtle adjustments. I guess playing on the same surface for three games there's something to look at as well.
Arya: Right from the word go it was Australia all the way. Earlier in the day, it was Williamson who won the toss and put the visitors in and right from the word go it was a great start from the Aussie openers. Aaron Finch finally roared back to form with a brilliant half-century and shared a 83 runs partnership with Josh Philippe for the second wicket after Wade's dismissal pretty early on. Finch played some delightful shots and never looked that he has been out of form for a long time. He found the middle of the bat on a consistent basis and his partnerships with Philippe and Glenn Maxwell turned out to be a match changer. After his dismissal, it was Maxwell who took the onus on himself and started belting the Kiwis bowlers all around the park.
Ashton Agar: It's always nice to get some wickets. I was lucky that there were runs on board and that helped my job. It was a nice batting track but I got the courage to toss the ball up and fortunately got the job done.
Arya: So thats the end of the match and Australia keep their hopes alive in the five match series. They are well and truly back in the game after a sensational all-round performance today.
17.1 Kane Richardson to Ish Sodhi
W Fuller from the bowler, the batsman looks to loft it across the line but manages to get a leading edge which in turn landed in the safe hands of the sprinting bowler. With this wicket, the Kiwi's innings closes out and Australia seals away a massive victory.

Jamieson reviews. I reckon that this is because of a potential inside edge on the ball. The ultra edge shows that there is no bat involved and now moving to the ball tracking. And it confirms that the ball would have hit Jamieson's stumps on umpire's call. Sixth wicket of the day for Ashton Agar and New Zealand are down and out in this game.
16.6 Ashton Agar to Kyle Jamieson
W Fuller and drifting onto the pads. The batsman shuffles across to ramp that over the keeper and misses a bat on the affair. The umpire has soft signalled it as out but the batsman has challenged the decision of the umpire. After the review, the umpire signals it as the ball hitting partially on the off stump and it's umpires call,.
16.5 Ashton Agar to Kyle Jamieson
4 Leans back and slaps it over the covers. This is beauty from Jamieson. He is looking good with the bat in hand. Makes some room and clears the inner circle for a boundary.
16.4 Ashton Agar to Ish Sodhi
1 Fuller again, the batsman works well for a single
16.3 Ashton Agar to Kyle Jamieson
1 Pitched up, Jamieson drives it down the ground for a run
