And that's it from this enthralling fixture. The caravan will move into the ODIs. I am AkshayaKrishna Polya signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Anirudh Modi, who alongside our scorer/analyst Chandan Kumar Singh brought you all the live actions from this match. See you in the next game. Until then, it's cheers..!!
Kane Williamson receives the Trophy as the three-match T20I series ended in favour of New Zealand by a margin of 2-1. The celebration goes on as the party begins in Jamaica!
Kane Williamson | New Zealand Captain: "Obviously West Indies adapted to the conditions better. They did it on both batting and bowling. We could not execute our plans properly.

There is a lot of enjoyment in playing together as a group. The focus is to put the aggressive best on the field. With the World Cup, it is obvious that we are looking to sort our tactical sides. We will look to continue our performance in the ODI series as well."
Glenn Phillips | Player of the Series: "Ahh! I think this is a special achievement for me. Playing in front of Sabina crowd where I play in CPL, was a special one as well.

We had a strong batting lineup and we had good depth with Bracewell coming down the order. It is one of those days where your plans don't go on your way. We tried hard but really couldn't get going. They bowled really well and we couldn't score freely, ending up on a below-par total."
Rovman Powell | West Indies Captain: "It is a dream come true to captain West Indies. It is clear, we sat down and talk about the bowling plans to be executed.

We tried to keep chopping and changing to keep the batters guessing. Brandon and Shamarh batted brilliantly. While one took on the bowling, the other held one end, it was a tremendous display of batsmanship."
Brandon King | Player of the Match: "Yeah, obviously very special for me. This was a treat for me to perform in front of my home crowd, and family as well. We did bat well, but to be honest, it was our bowlers, who set the match for us.

I am happy with my performance. We needed to bat in partnerships. Yeah, Brooks also played well. In the mid-innings break, we discussed about batting in partnerships and we executed it really well. All of us came together today and we did well to win this game."
Post-match presentation coming up shortly!
POWERFUL! ELEGANT! DOMINANT! WEST INDIES DEFEAT NEW ZEALAND BY 8 WICKETS TO AVOID A WHITEWASH IN THIS SERIES! A brilliant performance from the men from the Caribbean sees them finish the series 1-2 and high on confidence.

West Indies made 4 changes coming into the game, with the likes of King, Hossein, and Alzarri making their way back into the squad. And two of these were the stars of the evening! Akeal Hossein first up with the ball spun webs around the Kiwi batters picking up 2/28 from his quota of 4 overs. Glenn Phillips was the highest scorer in the first innings, scoring a quick fire 41 runs off 26 balls.

However, the West Indies bowlers were relentless with their pressure, eventually restricting New Zealand to a subpar total of 145. In came the West Indies openers and it was their time to shine.

Recent returnee Brandon King gave West Indies the perfect start and his opening partner enough time to settle down at the crease. Eventually, Brandon King went on to smash his 5th T20I half-century and stitch together a perfect 100-run partnership with Shamarh Brooks to take the game away from New Zealand. Tim Southee eventually broke the partnership but that did not have an affect on Shamarh Brooks who continued to anchor the West Indies to victory, scoring 56 runs from 59 balls and keeping things stable at one end.

After losing Devon Thomas for 5 runs, Rovman Powell came in and smashed his side to victory with a powerful and unbeaten score of 21 runs from 14 balls! A positive note for the West Indies to end the series on but New Zealand continue their fantastic World Tour with yet another series victory in the bag!

With the T20 World Cup fast approaching, both sides will have a lot of positives and negatives to look at after this series. The road to the World Cup continues!
Akshaya: West Indies end their losing streak with this win and avoid themselves from a clean sweep. On the other hand, New Zealand's unbeaten streak of 9 T20Is ends here.

18.6 J Neesham to R Powell
6 SIXXX!!! That's it. Rovman Powell, the local lad finishes the things off in style. Back of a length delivery angling in onto the middle stump line. Powell clears his front leg and hammers a hard pull right from the middle of the bat. Flat and has more than enough to clear the fence at deep mid-wicket. With this West Indies break the losing streak and end the winning streak of New Zealand!
18.5 J Neesham to R Powell
0 Short ball angling in over the left shoulder of the batter. Powell misses the pull through to the keeper.
18.4 J Neesham to R Powell
2 Good length delivery and outside the off. Powell on the back foot bends low and waits for the ball to come at him as he opens the face of the bat to guide it towards the right of the fielder at backward point, where the fielder dives and half stops it. A couple of runs as the deep point cleans it up.
18.3 J Neesham to R Powell
0 A slower delivery this time. Leg cutter and a low full toss on the middle stump line. Powell on the front foot heaves at it but finds the inside half of the bat down to the fielder at square leg.
18.2 J Neesham to S Brooks
1 Good length delivery and outside the off. Brooks on the front foot leans forward for a cover drive and takes a single down to the fielder at deep extra covers.
18.1 J Neesham to S Brooks
2 Kane Williamson with his last throw of the dice. James Neesham is into the attack from over the wicket. Length delivery outside the off. Brooks on the front foot drives it to the right of the fielder at deep covers for a couple.
