That brings us to the end of this coverage. We have had two impressive days of cricket here at The Hauge, the Blackcaps overcame a spirited Dutch side and take the series 2-0. The next assignment for Netherlands is the series against Pakistan at home, as New Zealand will depart to the Caribbean. Until then this is Shashank Surly signing off along with my co-commentator Hitesh Peddurwar and scorer Raju Khariya. Goodnight and Goodbye :)
New Zealand skipper Mitchell Santner collects the trophy and joins his teammates, the celebrations begin here at the Hauge...
Mitchell Santner (Winning captain & Player of the Match): "We played a lot better today the wind can be tricky here sometimes, I tried bowling a couple of slower balls and that paid off. The pitch was a lot better today for the batting, The intent that we showed throughout the innings was good. Focus before the game was to come hard. You bank on experience every time you play. Good to see different guys stepping up at different times. We'll have a couple of big dogs coming back for the West Indies series."
Scott Edward (Losing captain): "The score was bit under-par, 160 would had been a good score, also we bowled badly and dropped chances of class players often in the field, we will learn a lot from this series with our batting. This is the type of series we need to be playing heading into a World Cup."
New Zealand continue their European dominance!!! They take the series 2-0 here at The Hauge with a clinical display. They have demolished this Netherland side by 8 wickets with 6 overs to spare. Skipper Mitchell Santner has led by example today with his batting, bowling and leadership skills.

The Dutch had a faltering start after winning the toss and electing to bat first, Michael Bracewell got rid of both the openers as he was getting great assistance from the surface, Vikramjit Singh failed to impress too, having the Dutch 3 down for 4 at one stage. That's when the in-form Bas de Leede was joined by the veteran Tom Cooper and both stitched a critical 35-ball, 57 runs stand for the fourth wicket. Bas de Leede hit back to back fifties in this series along with Skipper Scott Edwards's stunning cameo. The Kiwi bowlers made a strong comeback in the death overs restricted the hosts to a par total of 147.

The Blackcaps suffered a early hiccup as they lost both their openers pretty early in the powerplay. Mitchell Santner promoted himself up the order at three and came out with a positive intent, thrashed the bowlers at his will as he went on to slam a career-best 77 from just 42 balls, which included 9 stylish fours and 4 monstrous sixes. Daryl Mitchell held up the other end as he made a astonishing 27-ball-51. Both took the game away from the lackluster Dutch side with their impressive unbeaten stand of 123 runs in just 61 balls.

Hang around for the post-match presentations which will start in a bit.
