That's a wrap of our coverage of this Bangladesh-Sri Lanka test series which has been won by the visitors 1-0 after the first test in Chattogram ended in a draw and this one ends in a 10-wicket victory for the Men from the Emerald Island. Stay tuned for all the other cricketing action happening across the globe in our network. For now, this is me Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my esteemed co-commentators Saipavan Janaki and Ishan Lalvani alongside our scorer/analyst Dushyant. Till next time until we meet again, cheers from my side. TA-TA! and Adios!
Dimuth Karunaratne walks up to collect the trophy and then celebrates. They should as they deserved this win without a doubt. They pose for the photographs in front of the winners' champions' board. A series to remember for the veteran Angelo Mathews and Asitha Fernando. What a spell that was! Mindblowing. 10 wickets in the match. Take a bow, young man.
Dimuth Karunaratne Sri Lanka Winning Captain: "Yes, I think we knew that if we get a couple of wickets and we will be right on top. The fast bowlers did a great job in the first innings and today after Lunch that spell from Rajitha was fantastic. I think I am disappointed by the spinners. The way they bowled disappointed me but I hope they learn from this experience and come back strong against Australia coming up soon. This win will encourage the team to do better and come out stronger in the upcoming series. I would also like to dedicate this series win to the people of Sri Lanka. You have gone through a tough time and this I hope cheers you up from all the problems you are facing."
Angelo Mathews Player of the Series: "It's nothing better than a Test win, Bangladesh gave us a tough time, happy to beat them. It was difficult to compare the Chittagong wicket and this, Chiitagoan was quicker but this wicket was very hard for both batter as well as the bowler, We are confident for the coming series, When you get a start you have to make it count and happy that I did that."

Asitha Fernando Player of the Match: "Happy to contribute to the win. I think I stuck to my right lines and lengths and stuck to my basics. It was more about how you execute the plans and I was glad to contribute to the team's victory today."

Mominul Haque Bangladesh Losing Captain: "Disappointing performance. We have to work on our top-order batting. That was where we lost the game. Credit to Rahim and Litton for their fight, but we have lacked that. We have not performed well as a team and that has let us down big time. We have to be mentally strong otherwise we will never be able to come back in the test match. I think the way we fought the bowlers and I think the pacers will take confidence in the tour of the Windies."
It's time now for the Post-Match Presentation Ceremony with Shamim Chowdhury.
The day started with Bangladesh resuming at 34-4 after 13 overs as the Tigers still trailed by 107 runs with 6 of their second innings wickets in hand with Rahim and Das the first innings centurion at the crease. Rahim could only add nine runs to his overnight total as he fell for 23 runs to a ball that kept low from Kasun Rajitha and clattered the stumps. But Bangladesh dominated the first session as Litton Kumar Das and Shakib Al Hasan shared an amazing partnership of 103 runs as they took the score from 53-5 to 156-5 when Litton fell after Lunch. Litton Das scored 52 while Shakib top-scored with 58. But after the 6th wicket fell at 156, the tail of Bangladesh was wiped out very quickly as Bangladesh lost their last 5 wickets for 13 runs. The post-lunch session was a dream for the Lankans.

For Sri Lanka, Asitha Fernando was the star with his 6 wickets for 51 runs in 17.3 overs. A couple of wickets for his fellow pace bowler Kasun Rajitha and a wicket for Ramesh Mendis as well. Asitha with his six wickets in the second innings also completed 10 for the match. A great moment for him as the Tigers were skittled out for 169 in 55.3 overs with a lead of only 28 runs.

Sri Lanka needed 29 runs to win to complete the formalities and they did it very quickly like a rampaging river. They got to the target in only 3 overs to win with 10 wickets in hand and plenty of overs left on Day5. Oshada Fernando was unbeaten on 21 off 9 balls with three fours and a six and skipper Dimuth Karunaratne was with him on 7 off 9 balls with one boundary to his name. One over each for Taijul, Shakib, and Ebadot to complete the formalities here in Mirpur.

So, a win by 10 wickets as Sri Lanka go above Pakistan in the World Test Championship Points Table on Percentage Points. Congratulations to them! Stick around for the post-match presentation coming your way soon.
A comprehensive win for Sri Lanka as they beat Bangladesh by 10 wickets with plenty of overs to spare. They win the series 1-0 after the first Test in Chattogram ended in a draw.
