So that brings us to the end of this exciting contest between two good sides. Today it was the Home side who sneaked away with the victory. Hope you all enjoyed all the action here at our network. Do join us for all the upcoming games from all around the globe. For now, this is me Hitesh Peddurwar signing off along with my co-commentators Ayan Chatterjee and Nikhil Kalla and scorer Dushyant Kumar. Until then stay safe....

Babar Azam(Winning Captain): "I always try to continue my game and work on my strengths. There was a little bit of a problem during the calling when I was batting with Imam. But it got better as the partnership moved on. The wicket was a little double-paced and wasn't that easy. There was heat but that is not an excuse.  Credit to the bowlers. Shadab came back and did well. The standards he sets on the field is brilliant as well. Cricket is changing. We have to plan and play with a lot of intensity. Outstanding finish from Khushdil. You have to take it deep so that there is less pressure."
Khushdil Shah(Man of the Match):The situation I was in, I just tried to take the match deep.I have been working on my batting from the last few years. The coaching camp here for the last 10-12 days has helped me a lot. The wicket was not easy to bat on it was double paced.
Babar Azam has given his Man of the Match award to Khushdil Shah.
Nicholas Pooran(Losing Captain): Really proud of the guys the way they played, It was really hot here. Pakistan are a world-class team, Babar and Imam played very well in the middle. Babar showed his class. We tried to swing the ball at the start of the innings. Then we tried to bowl into the pitch. The wicket was pretty good even at the night. We are a young team and a young bowling lineup. We can only go forward. Hope is one of the best batters in the format.
Time for the post-match presentation ceremony.
That's It Pakistan beats West Indies by 5 wickets.
Pakistan chased a mammoth total of 306 runs in 49.2 overs.
Khushdil Shah was the man of the moment for Pakistan. Pakistan lost a wicket early but then Imam and Babar handled the innings pretty well and they built a partnership of 103 runs for the 2nd wicket, Then Imam departed after scoring 65 runs. Babar was accompanied by Rizwan in the middle for the 3rd wicket partnership. They built a partnership of 108 runs for the 3rd wicket. Babar scored his 17th ODI century, He departed after scoring 103 runs, to the short ball by Joseph. Shah Joined in with Rizwan for the 4th wicket they built a Partnership of 19 runs. Rizwan departed after scoring 59 runs off 61 balls. As the game was drifting away from Pakistan, Shah hit 3 consecutive sixes of Shepherd's and put back West Indies bowlers under the pressure. He single-handedly turned the tables around he scored 41 runs off 23 balls with 4 sixes and 1 four.
On the other hand, West Indies bowlers looked handy at the start of the innings but they started drifting away from their line and lengths as the innings progressed. But towards the end of the innings, they started putting pressure on the Pakistani batters. But they were unable to Capitalise it in the end. Joseph was the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan he took 2 wickets and gave away runs in his 10 overs. Seales, Shepherd, and Hosein took a wicket each.
Earlier in the day, West Indies managed to post a total of 305 for the loss of 8 wickets in their quota of 50 overs. After losing an early wicket, Brooks and Hope stitched a partnership of 154 runs, Brook fell short of his Hundred he departed after scoring 70 runs off 83 balls. Shai Hope scored his 12th ODI century and departed after scoring 127 runs he was looking in sublime touch today. Shepherd and Powell gave the finishing touch to the Caribian innings, Powell scored 32 runs of 23 balls and Shepherd scored 25 runs off 18 balls.
For Pakistan, Afridi looked to trouble the batters to some extent as he picked up a couple of wickets here but Rauf chipped in with 4 wickets despite being on an expensive side here apart from them Nawaz and Shadab bowled decently here as Hasan was expensive today going over 6.5 runs per over.

49.2 J Seales to M Nawaz
6 SIX!!! Game set and match for Pakistan as Nawaz has hit this for a maximum here in the second ball of the last over, this was a half-tracker by Seales and Nawaz pulled this above the head of long-on fielder for a maximum to end this gaem.
49.1 J Seales to M Nawaz
0 Good length delivery on top of off-stump and he fails to connect on this.
Ayan: 6 needed off 6 balls. This is Pakistan's game to lose. The last over went for 15 runs. Khusdil Shah is the finisher doing it for Pakistan. Jayden Seales will bowl the final over for the Windies.

48.6 R Shepherd to K Shah
0 Fuller delivery right in the block hole and it a dot to end this over. Important for Indies that Nawaz is on strike.
48.5 R Shepherd to K Shah
6 SIX!!! Massive hit this is by Shah and he has smoked this a mile. This was an attempted slower bouncer which is converted into a half-tracker by Shah as he has pulled this over the deep mid-wicket fielder for a maximum.
That should never have been two there. Poor and sloppy stuff from Hayden Walsh Jr. and guess what the next ball flies over the fence.
48.4 R Shepherd to K Shah
2 Sloppy work by Hayden Walsh as he has given away an extra run here which has brought Shah back on strike,
48.3 R Shepherd to K Shah
4 FOUR!!! Cheeky strokeplay by Khushdil Shah as he has deflected this past the fielder at short fine leg for a boundary here. THis was fuller and on his pads and he has deflected this with perfection for boundary towards fine leg.
48.2 R Shepherd to K Shah
2 Fuller delivery has been mishit towards mid-on but the fielder is at long-on so by the time he collects this they have run a couple.
48.1 R Shepherd to M Nawaz
1 An attempted yorker and Nawaz has hit this towards mid-wicket for a single as he brings Shah back on strike.
