(on the toss) It was decided before the start of the game, we knew that we would bowl if we won the toss.
Heather Knight (England Captain): "It was a brilliant team effort, everyone contributed and especially Tammy up the order, she was absolutely brilliant, that was a special knock by her, It was a great platform set by both our openers!! Emma Lamb has been fantastic throughout the series and really happy with how her career has started!  The team looks in good shape and we would like to continue with this rich vein of form"
Emma Lamb (Player of the Series): "It feels like a dream. feel like I was so positive. All the hard work paid off. That was a nay nay to me. Experience really helped me. Me and Tammy really clicked as the opening pair. our discussions went well. We contributed with the ball as well."
Tammy Beaumont (Player of the Match): "It was a brilliant pitch and I enjoyed batting on it today, could drive on the rise well very and the outfield was very fast!! (on Emma Lamb) We get on very well and love to play with her, she was amazing the last match, that 100 was brilliant It was a total team effort today , the girls were brilliant with the ball and took wickets at crucial junctures of the game. The top order is looking in tough touch.Very happy with the result in the end. Thank you."
Ovaise: England has won the 3rd and final ODI by 109 runs!! This England team looks very strong despite missing out on their start players Sophie Eccelstone and Natalie Sciver.

Earlier in the day, South Africa-W won the toss and put England-W to bat after winning the toss. England rested both their start player Sophie Eccelstone and Natalie Sciver. England's openers started off slowly, but once they got their eye in, they began targeting the Proteas bowlers, producing a fantastic 149-run partnership. They provided the group with a solid platform from which they could set a huge total for the visiting team.

Emma Lamb got dismissed after scoring 65 runs off 66 deliveries.  Dunkley and Beaumont took over and were quite severe on the bowlers. They stitched a partnership of 87 runs off 70 deliveries. Beaumont scored her ninth century in his one-day career and this was one of her best knocks. Mlaba was got into the attack and trapped the dangerous-looking Beaumont (119 of 107). Dunkley played a cameo and got to her half-century in which he hit 6 boundaries. Knight played a brilliant knock of 63 off 49 balls and powered the hosts to a mammoth total of 371!

Khaka was the pick of the bowlers for South Africa she took 2 wickets and gave away 64 runs in his 10 overs. Malba and Ismail got wicket each. Klerk was quite expensive giving up 87 runs in eight overs and getting a consolation wicket.

South Africa-W needed 372 runs in 50 overs to win this game, Andre Steyn and Laura Wolvaardt walked out to bat and were very aggressive from the get-go. Lauren Bell and Isabelle Wong opened the bowling and were wayward with their lines and length, Laura Wolvaardt was peppering anything which was in her zone, she was timing it like a dream!!

South Africa got to their 50 very quickly and things were looking good until spin was introduced into the attack in the form of Charlie Dean and she immediately broke through dismissing Andrie Steyn soon followed by Laura Wolvavardt in the 15th over when the score was 86! Sune Luus couldn't last long, she was dismissed in the 20th over by Emma Lamb and spin was all over visitors! Alice Davidson Richards was got into the attack and she straight away got Goodall dismissed of a full-length delivery.

South Africa at this time were reeling at 109-4 in 20.2, when Marizanne Kapp walked in, she looked like a woman on a mission!! She took the attack to the bowlers and was severe on anything short, she soon found a partner in Tryon and together they took South Africa past the 200-run mark. Emma Lamb changed ends and were reintroduced into the attack and she got the big wicket of Marizanne Kapp and it was almost all over for the visitors. Tryon carries on her merry way but she also perished in the 40th over.

England had hit the last nail in the coffin and it was just a matter of time after that.  The tailender couldn't survive for long and South Africa were bundled out for 262 in 45.6! England won the match by a huge margin of 109 runs!!
