That's it from the live coverage of match number 125 of the Vitality Blast T20 from Grace Road. Foxes fought hard but fall short of the quarter-final spot while Yorkshire despite the loss has made it through to the quarter-finals on account of a better Net Run Rate than Northamptonshire, Vikings will be facing Surrey in their quarter-final clash at The Oval. This is Shashank Surly signing off along with my fellow commentator Ayan Chatterjee and our scorer Yogesh Kumar. Player of the Match: Colin Ackermann [ 72(46)* and 2/21 (4) ]
We have had a dull one-sided encounter today. Foxes end their campaign with a massive win here at Grace Road as they overcome a strong Yorkshire side by 60 runs. Yorkshire despite going down today has made it through to the quarter-finals, but sadly the Foxes are out too despite a huge win. Colin Ackermann has led this Foxes unit strongly this season and led from the front today.

Yorkshire won the toss and decided to bowl first as the match was hit by rain early on, they found early success as they got rid of Lewis Hill early on, but Nick Welch's counter-attacking innings of 26 ball 43 and a brilliant 35 from Aaron Lilley steadied the foxes innings.
Colin Ackermann later took on the responsibility and played a blinder and batted through the innings for his unbeaten 72 off just 46 balls, he was losing partners from the other end but Louis Kimber's little cameo of 35 from 11 took the Foxes past the 200 mark and posted a formidable score of 211/7.

David Willey and Matt Revis were the only bowlers for the Vikings who looked threatening as they got 3/29 and 2/32 respectively as others had a hard day on the field.

Yorkshire though came out with real intent to chase down this target as their opener Adam Lyth lit the stage with a fine fifty in just 25 balls, but once he fell to a brilliant snorter from Naveen-ul Haq. The Yorkshire batting just wasn't competitive enough against the brilliant spin bowling from the hosts as they just looked clueless and ended on 151/9. Foxes bowlers just ripped apart the Vikings batting unit the young star leg spinner Rehan Ahmed was the key as he picked up 3/17 and skipper Colin Ackermann along with Wiaan Mulder got two wickets apiece.

1 Good length around off, Bess works it away off the back foot through the midwicket region for a single to end the over and the match. Yorkshire ends their 20 overs at 151-9 in 20 overs. A convincing win for Leicestershire Foxes by 60 runs to sign off on a high. They win 5 in a row and have won 8 games they will finish out of the Top-4. They were docked two points earlier and that has cost them, dear.
19.5 N ul to G Hill
1 A slower ball here, Gill drills it down towards mid-off along the ground for a single to bring up the 150 for Yorkshire. It will be to no avail in this game.
19.4 N ul to D Bess
1 A slower ball on middle and leg, Bess clips it to midwicket for a single.
