So, that's a wrap from this particular coverage. Do stay tuned to all the other live-action happening on our network. Until now, it's Arijit Kundu, signing off alongside my revert commentators, Anurag Dasgupta and Anurag Singh. TA-TA
Arijit: So, a comfortable victory for Middlesex tonight as John Simpson and Joe Cracknell steers the side to a scintillating chase. One have to appreciate the knocks of both these batters as once they arrived, the situation was quite tricky. Skipper, Eskinazi looked to give a flying start to Middlesex but was removed later after scoring 28 runs off 15 deliveries.

Middlesex was in trouble after 6.3 overs as they lost two of their top-order batters when the scorecard saw just 47 runs. Then came the double 'J' (John and Joe) who played out the spinners brilliantly, collecting singles and doubles and didn't give away many dot balls. Once the spinners were gone, they burst at the pacers which included the likes of Fred Klaassen and Matt Milnes. Simpson and Cracknell posted 46 and 43 runs respectively with the latter remaining unbridled.

A scintillating bowling display from Middlesex to restrict Kent to a mere 141 for the loss of 9 wickets. Kent will be really disappointed with how things panned out in this innings. But kudos to Middlesex bowlers who took the game to the opposition batters.

Despite the likes of Joe Denly, Jordan Cox, and Sam Billings getting to a start, none of them converted it into a big score. Wickets tumbled at regular intervals and that really hampered Kent's innings. Tom Helm (2 wickets), and Martin Andersson (2 wickets) were the pick of the bowlers for the London based side.
17.3 F Klaassen to J Davies
4 FOURR!!  Here comes the winning runs. Fuller and into the left-hander this time. Davies flicks it beautifully and this one will beat the man at deep. id wicket and race away to kiss the fences. The southpaw closes the face of the blade accurately on this occasion and the ball propels towards the boundary ropes.
17.3 F Klaassen to J Davies
WD Back of a length delivery and down the leg side, called a wide this time.

17.2 F Klaassen to J Simpson
W OUttt! Simpson would be upset that he failed to take his home over the line after a brilliant innings. A length delivery from Fred and the batter looks to swing at it across the line. he misses and gets struck on the pads. Appeals from the Dutch man and the umpire is satisfied here.
17.1 F Klaassen to J Simpson
6 SIXXX!! Change of ends from the Dutch guy but no change in fortunes. A fuller delivery directed towards the leg peg and the left hander swiveled at it wristily this time. He gets the middle of the blade on this occasion and the ball lands over the fence.

0 Looks to pull on this occasion and gets the bottom edge of the willow here. Short ball down the leg stump and follows the batter on this occasion. The ball ricochets towards the keeper here.
16.5 M Quinn to J Simpson
1 Length delivery outside the off stump and the batter throws his bats at it this time. Simpson gets a single to deep covers.
16.5 M Quinn to J Simpson
WD A wide called this time. Short ball, directed into the left hander and the batter swings his blade but the ball has good elevation here.
16.4 M Quinn to J Cracknell
1 In the air and slightly short of the man at deep mid wicket. Fuller one, with sheer pace, near the off, giving some width. The batter slogs it and mistimes it too. Single taken.
16.3 M Quinn to J Simpson
1 Back of a length delivery from the bowler this time and the batter drags a pull by stretching his arms towards it this time. Gets a single to deep mid-wicket.
16.2 M Quinn to J Cracknell
1 On the hard length from the bowler and the batter pats it down near the left of the bowler this time. Single taken in haste.
16.1 M Quinn to J Simpson

4 FOURR!! Back of a length delivery from the bowler and the batter stays there and pulls it towards the right of deep square leg region for a boundary. This one was etched right off the bottom half of the bat but in some charismatic style. Almost a gully cricket shot as the batter swiveled the meat of the willow lately.
15.5 M Milnes to J Simpson
1 Full and near the  off, and the batter drills it downwards towards long off for a single.
