EASY WIN FOR SURREY!

They win their 7th match in a last 8th game. Middlesex never had enough on the board considering the batting line up of Surrey. They were nearly 30 odd short in the first inning. Middlesex batters never got the boost they needed in the first inning. Captain Eskinazi's run out also proved to be costly for them. Simpson and Hollman tired to get better of the Surrey bowlers but Jordan and company were brilliant at their task.

Chasing 156, Will Jacks and Jamie Smith gave Surrey the perfect start. Behrendroff tried to swing the ball back into the batter and never found the line he wanted to have. Although he Jamie Smith of a slower delivery, Surrey already had 29 in just 2.5 overs. Ollie Pope, who looks like to be in form of his life, anchored a perfect inning for the team.

Though, Middlesex got two quick wickets but Sunil Narine did not make a mess out of the chase. The T20 legend came and swing hard that was bowled in his half. He finished the match a six and completed his fifty to keep Surrey at the top of the table. He remained not out on 51 off 29 balls going with his 2 for 27 with the ball. Meanwhile, Ollie Pope was not out on 37 off 27 balls.
15.1 J Behrendorff to S Narine
6 SIXX!!!! Narine finishes the things off in style. With that, he completes his half-century and Surrey continues their unbeaten streak. That was into the slot from Jason as he comes from over the wicket and hits the fuller length on the off. Narine gets behind that one and powers that one over the long-on for a maximum here. Surrey will now consolidate their top position on the points table. Surrey beat Middlesex by 7 wickets and 29 balls to spare. It's all going well for the home side.
