That's a wrap from us then!! We have seen the Trent Rockets clinch victory and have themselves waiting for other results to go their way to earn a qualification for the eliminator. Keep watching the rest of the action from the Women's Hundred to know who will be the third side going into the play-off. Until then this is Shashank Surly signing off along with my co-commentator Akshay Bhide and scorer Paras Yadav. Goodnight and goodbye :)
Tammy Beaumont (Welsh Fire skipper): "Yeah we fell a bit short. 100 was never enough against such a great side, (on hitting 4 fours off her first 4 ball) It's been my lucky day, I have played like that before.

(On the campaign) It's been hugely disappointing I think we have beaten in few games, but played well in some other games, there's been good signs like Sarah Bryce coming in and keeping wickets, Hayley Matthews was great too when she was there, our pacers have come strong but overall it's very disappointing to end with just one win.

(On teaching youngsters) We just look after then players a little bit, we have to juggle their life with education and training. We have to teach them what is a hard length, it's not short length, and stuffs like that. We will go back to work and get our thoughts corrected for the next season, it's not always hitting the gym all the time.

(Highlights of the women's hundred) Week and week out to places like Lord's it is very rare we get to play at test match venues, signing cards for little girls and loving the crowd. It's trying to look after our bodies and our team.

(Message for young girls) Don't get scared to make mistakes, it will be tough to start off, don't try to do everything perfect and being perfect just enjoy your lives and chose what you love.

(On under utilizing
Hannah Baker) We wanted to get Hannah Baker on but I had to bring on Nicola Carey as we picked up a wicket that time, and that's where we got our calculations bit wrong."
Katherine Brunt: "(On her bowling this campaign) Wicket hasn't been extremely well to bowl at, you just have to stick to a certain length, and need some variations. I don't like being a dot ball bowler, but it's good if it creates a wicket taking opportunity.

(About her future) I used to control my emotions and will always get out there with that fire, especially when you play on flat wickets, I just feel full of confidence and look to be bowling with the new ball this year.
It's hard to keep going at this age, family and training are equally important, and I don't know where I am at now, I will go till I have the fun left playing this game.

(Influence of the Hundred) It's really important to play in front of these crowds, if you don't do that you can't handle the pressure easily. The youngsters will learn a lot as they go along with experience in their side.

(Trent Rocket's season) The whole year has been a bit of up and down emotionally, we haven't been quite impressive, but we are relying on other sides and currently the odds are on us, the welsh fire won a game which they shouldn't had won. But you can't predict in this competition.

There is much more talent coming in this competition and has made it much more competitive and each team are looking to win. The toss has been the key this season, which hasn't happened for us.

I have loved the support for the women's game. People keep coming out and have been so many signs coming out like, you are my favorite player, happy birthday. I watch through my window and say hello and stuff like that. They travel miles and put their money to watch us, that's what you need each day for us athletes."

Elyse Villani | Hero of the Match: "Our bowlers did a great job in the first innings. So it allowed the batters to take on the bowlers from the word go and play positively. At halftime, we were always thinking of winning the game. But once we got set, we looked to finish things quickly to stand a chance of qualifying for the finals. Mignon is a great player but wasn’t able to contribute so far. But we were always going to back her and happy to see her step up today. Nat is a tremendous player and the bowlers did a fine job to pick up wickets in the powerplay. We still got a mathematical chance of getting through and we will wait and see."

Elyse Villani is named the Hero of the Match for her match-winning knock of 55* off 40 balls.
IT'S ALL DONE AND DUSTED!! Trent Rockets have come out victorious then here at their home, after thrashing the Welsh Fire side by 8 wickets with 18 balls to spare, which means the team in yellow move above the Birmingham Phoenix in the points table and stay at the third spot momentarily.

The girls in red could just post 100 on the board, after opting to bat first, they really struggled to nick runs against against the red-hot Trent Rocket's bowling attack. Some cameos from Nicola Carey (27 off 29), Tammy Beaumont (16 off 6) and Lauren Filer's blistering 14 off 11 in the end, took them to that three figure mark.

Rocket's bowlers had the job done for their side in the first half, Bryony Smith, Katherine Brunt and Nat Sciver chipped in with two wickets, spinners chocked the Fire in the middle and only Alana King managed to picks  wicket.

Elyse Villani held the responsibility of the chase, she countered everything that was thrown at her by the Welsh side, she was just looking million-dollar stuff out there in the middle, smoked anything in her arc into the fence and saw her side home with an unbeaten 55 off 40 balls, a captain's knock which included 8 fours and a six.

Rocket's suffered a early setback in chasing this modest total as they were struggling at 40/2 after the ninth over mark. Mignon Du Preez hung around with Villani and took the home safely with an invincible 61 run stand.

Welsh Fire were just too poor in the field, dropped too many chances and let free boundaries at regular intervals and just didn't create much chances defending such a low total.

Hang around for the presentations.
82b A Sutherland to Preez
4 Mignon du Preez finishes things in style. Hits back-to-back boundaries to take her side across the line. Sutherland bowls it right in the slot on the stumps, Preez stands still and lifts it nicely over mid on for a boundary. With this, the Trent Rockets beat Welsh Fire by eight wickets and move above Birmingham Phoenix in the points table.
81b A Sutherland to Preez
4 FOUR!!!!! A slower delivery on the shorter side, Preez picks it up off the hand and flat bats it straight back over the bowler's head for a boundary. The Rockets are just one shot away from the victory now.

79b N Carey to Preez
4 FOUR!!!! Drilled down the ground for a boundary. Carey bowls it right in the slot on the stumps, Preez hits it straight and Sutherland at mid on tries to stop it with a dive to her left but fails to stop it as it races away to the fence.
78b N Carey to E Villani
1 Length delivery on the stumps, Villani pushes it in the mid on region for a run.
77b N Carey to E Villani
2 Good length delivery on the stumps, Villani works it to the right of mid wicket and scampers across for a quick run. The fielder hits the stumps at the non-striker's end and the deflection allows the batters to take an extra run.
76b N Carey to Preez
1 Angling in on the pads, Preez flicks it towards long leg for a single.

0 A length ball on top of off, Preez was way down the leg side, manages to get some bat on ball and diverts it towards point. A miserly over that one just 2 off it.
74b A Sutherland to Preez
0 A well directed bouncer at the helmets, Preez moves wide and keeps her pull shot down to mid on.
