That's a wrap to our coverage of the 3-match ODI series between Afghanistan and the Netherlands. The hosts won 3-0 but there were a lot of positives for the Netherlands as they head back home. There is plenty of cricketing action happening in our network from across the globe as the action does not stop with this culmination of the series. Stay tuned.

For now, this is me Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my esteemed co-commentators Arijit Kundu and Akshay Bhide and our scorer Manish Bishnoi. Till next time, stay happy, safe, and get vaccinated if you still haven't. We will catch up with you very soon. TA-TA! and ADIOS! to all.
Shahidi the skipper collects the trophy and the teammates are waiting for him and they begin to celebrate. Let the celebrations begin in the Afghanistan camp and they surely deserve it. They have the Champions Tag in front of them.
Shahidi (Winning Afghanistan Captain): "Happy with the success of the team.  Happy with the success in the end overs as we had to sort that out. Zadran played well. We have future talents and Riaz showed that and I am happy for them and the youngsters that are performing every time. Happy to get the 30 points from this game in the Super League and 60 points overall and we will look forward to carrying this winning run in the next series. "
Scott Edwards| Player of the series : "Yeah, Yeah I know it's been nice at the top of the order. The wickets play better over there. Would've been better if I could convert those innings. Yeah, yeah honored. Yeah, I like facing spin bowling. It's good to get along with the pace bowling and then spin bowling. I like it. Yeah, they are world-class spin bowlers, and luckily, I got out once or twice against them, in the series. Thanks, mate."
Najibullah Zadran is the Player of the match.
Pieter Seelaar | Losing Captain: "We have failed to get runs. We have bowled very well in the series but the Afghan side has completely outplayed us. That's the brutal truth and we have to face the reality. The positive is Scott was sensational in all three games. Clayton bowled beautifully in the powerplay and we have to take forward the positives. We need to look at the negatives and assess those. We don't want to make excuses and Afghanistan has been brilliant to win the series by a 3-0 margin. We will be in New Zealand in a month's time and we have to put in the hard work to show a better performance there."
Time for the presentation.
That's the end of the game and Afghanistan has completed the clean sweep as they win this series 3-0 and make it 6 out of 6 wins in the Super League Table. They win this contest by 75 runs as they bowl the Dutch out for 179 in 42.4 overs.

The Dutch looked so promising in this chase as they were 103-0 in the 22nd over with Ackermann and Edwards going great guns. But alas, what a collapse this has been. 103-0 to 179 all out. That's 10- 76 is what the Dutch have lost today. In the chase, 81 from Ackermann and 54 from the ever consistent Colin Edwards were the main contributors in this innings. Other than these two, no one showed any fight as they were bundled out in 42.4 overs.

For the Afghan bowlers, Qais Ahmad cleaned up the tail with 3 wickets and Rashid Khan also chipped in with 2 wickets. A wicket apiece for the other bowlers Farooqi, Mujeeb, Malik, and Omarzai as the job was done in 42.4 overs today.

Earlier in the day, we saw a half-century from Riaz Hussan on debut, 48 from Rahmat Shah, 28 from skipper Shahidi and a powerful match-winning 71 off 59 balls that powered the team to 254-5 in 50 overs. Omarzai and Rashid contributed with 15 and 13 in the end. For the Netherlands, a wicket for Kingma, Floyd, Brandon Glover, and Aryan Dutt who was the pick of the bowlers according to me. Zulfiqar chipped in with a wicket too.  But it was not enough as the Afghans completed the win by 75 runs. 3 out of 3 here and 3 out of 3 against the Irish earlier on. The Dutch middle-order fragility has been exposed throughout the series as they have failed to capitalize on the good starts given by the openers. Edwards in particular. Some positives to take back home from this series. But the series well and truly belongs to the Afghanistan team.

Stay tuned for the presentation coming your way shortly.
42.4 Q Ahmad to V Kingma
W Up goes the finger and Afghanistan has done it as they whitewash the visitors on this occasion. Looped up delivery, pitching on the middle and leg, and turns away to beat the front foot defence of Kingma. The bat was stuck in the pad and therefore he's plumb in front. Qais celebrates the wicket and series with his traditional backflip.
42.3 Q Ahmad to B Glover
1 Shuffles back and tickles it to short fine leg for a single. Drop in length from the bowler.

42.2 Q Ahmad to S Zulfiqar
W Plumb in front!! A typical leg spinners delivery here. Angling into the leg stump line with a lot of revs on the ball. The batter plants his foot forward and looks to swivel it around but ends up getting beaten by the away turn and the ba;; thumps on the front pad. Neatly done by the umpire.
42.1 Q Ahmad to S Zulfiqar
0 Sliding down the midriff and the batter gets  it off the hips. No runs.

0 Another pitch of a delivery from Rashid as the batter plays and misses. Chance of stumping again but this time Kingma has planted his toes right inside the crease.
