Multan - 7 wins in 8 matches and Karachi - 8 loses in 8 matches. Two sides of a coin, literally! This encounter was supposed to be a mismatch, but it went down to the wire. Well, that's it for today. Join us tomorrow for Islamabad United vs Peshawar Zalmi. Until then, it's a goodbye from Ajay, Shubham and Wali. Tata!

Rizwan | Winning Captain, Man of the Match: To be honest, we didn't play well. Our bowling wasn't up to the mark We got the runs, all credit to our middle order. The way Rossouw and Khushdil batted - they deserve all the credit. The bowlers didn't stick to their plans, our fielding was below-par, I and Shan didn't bat that well.We should have scored at a much better run rate. It was two-paced, was tough to maintain the momentum. Two matches left, we'll give opportunities to the youngsters but we'll play with the same intensity with which we played our first game.
Babar Azam | Losing Captain: "We played well in the last two games. However, we failed to get over the line because of just one over tonight. We have to perform in all three departments as a team to register that first one. The last three or four overs were executed poorly, and that's why we were knocked out."
Post Match review: Multan Sultan defeat Karachi Kings by 7 wickets! What a thriller treat that was for the fans of both teams! Karachi Kings lost their Captain Babar early but Clarke and Sharjeel built a good partnership of 72 runs before Clarke who was looking dangerous(40 of 29 balls) was dismissed by Tahir. Sharjeel struggled throughout his innings as he scored 36 of 34 balls! Nazir and Nabi played some good cameos of 21 runs but it was Imad Wasim who made sure his team reached a defendable total, i.e. 174, scoring 32 off 16 balls with 5 fours and a six. Dahani was expensive today and have 44 runs in 4 overs but took 2 crucial wickets. Every bowler from the Multan Sultans played their part and bowled some crucial spells. Multan openers started off brilliantly and had an opening partnership of 100 runs! Rizwan continued his fine form scoring 76 runs off 56 balls. Masood played the anchor role before getting caught on 49 runs! Tim David wanted to take his team over the finishing line but couldn't do that today! Jordon was the most expensive bowler today, conceding 50 off his 4 overs and so was his bowling partner, Umad Asif who conceded 41 from his 3.3 overs ! Khushdil played a gem of an innings, scoring 21 off 9 balls and taking the match away from the Karachi kings. It was Rossouw who finished the innings with a six and sank Karachi further down!
19.3 U Asif to R Rossouw
6 It's all over! And a win keeps eluding the Karachi Kings. What a shot by Rossouw to finish off all the tension! He shuffles across and flicks a full delivery outside off for a MAXIMUM over the deep square-leg boundary. Some nifty wrist work there by the former South Africa international.
19.2 U Asif to R Rossouw
2 Rossouw mistimes a short and wide delivery towards long-on. The ball falls in the no man's land and they scamper back for two.
19.1 U Asif to K Shah
1 Slow ball outside off, Khushdil rocks back and slaps it to short extra cover. Just a single.
19.1 U Asif to K Shah
WD Poor start to the final over as Asif throws in a wide.

1 A single to finish the over. Jordan goes full outside off, and Khusdhil slices it to deep point for a run.
18.5 C Jordan to K Shah
0 Jordan is bowling full pace now. Bowls this one at almost 144kph. Khushdil misses a wild hoick.
18.4 C Jordan to K Shah
2 Lofts a quick and straight, 147kps delivery on a length, ball down the ground.
18.4 C Jordan to K Shah
NB And and and! If all that was not enough, Jordan has overstepped on this one. Khushdil has a free hit. But does he even need that? Just 12 needed now.
18.3 C Jordan to K Shah
6 Too easy for Khushdil! He has just hit Jordan for a SIX over deep extra cover. Full and wide outside off, and Khushdil says bowls anywhere, I will smack you out of the park!
18.2 C Jordan to K Shah
4 Jordan goes full and so does Khushdil! He gets under it and smashes it over the bowler's head for a boundary down the ground. Khushdil taking the game away.
18.1 C Jordan to K Shah
6 In the slot and Khushdil SMOKES Jordan for a SIX over cow corner! Just a flick of a wrist. Watch a shot to put the bowler under pressure.
