So, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentators, Akshay Bhide and Ninaad. Do switch to the next game which will see Lahore Qalandars taking on Quetta Gladiators at 8.00 PM IST
Wahab Riaz | Winning Captain: "Credit goes to the guys the way they made a comeback. We wanted to win the powerplay and the bowlers did extremely well in the first six overs. The ball was not coming on the bat properly. We have all the match winners in our combination. Haris, Amad Butt both did very well. We played according to the plan."
Babar Azam | Losing Captain: "I felt we leaked runs in the last overs. To chase down a total of 190, we have to get at least 50 in the powerplay and unfortunately, we failed to score those. The discussion was to attack the specific bowlers but the Zalmi bowlers did bowl well and restricted us."
Mohammad Haris | Player of the Match: "Want to thank the team management to give me an opportunity to play in the XI. My idol keeps changing and at the moment its Rizwan. We were struggling a bit in the powerplay and we kept discussing when to attack. PSL is a big tournament and I was waiting for this opportunity and happy with my effort."
That is it, Peshawar Zalmi wrap up a 55-run victory while Karachi Kings slump to another disappointing loss. A pretty one-sided game in the end! Peshawar Zalmi were always on top after posting 193-6 as Karachi have struggled with the bat right from the start of the tournament. The opening duo of Babar Azam and Sharjeel struggled to get going even with fielders up in the ring during the Powerplay. Sharjeel eventually fell off the bowling of Salman Irshad in the 5th over.

Back after recovering from an injury, Joe Clarke was unable to start quickly too as Karachi's run-rate remained low. The Babar Azam-led side scored only 33 runs in the Powerplay while the second wicket partnership between Babar and Clarke only fetched 60 runs off 53 balls. Clarke's laboured run-a-ball 26-run knock was brought to an end when Liam Livingstone produced a ripper of a leg-break to castle the leg-stump. Babar started to find some touch and came up with a few boundaries but it was too late by then. The duo of Babar and Mohammad Nabi fell in successive overs as Karachi were reduced to 121-4 after 17.3 overs.

Things didn't get any better during the final overs as Ian Cockbain and Aamer Yamin swung and missed a few times before being dismissed by Wahab Riaz in the last over. In the end, Karachi could only end up with a mediocre total of 138-6!
