That's it for today from the Super Smash. Do join us for the upcoming matches from all around the globe. For now, this is me Jatin signing it off along with my co-commentators Ajay and AkshayaKrishna Polya Until then stay safe and stay cool...
Okay right there we began Central Stags winning the toss and asking Auckland Aces to bowl coming to bat Central openers started well putting on fifty run opening stand from just seven overs and from there Cleaver took control and took the team a little ahead but soon after he was caught and bowled by Ferguson Central collapsed and couldn't capture their from there top order and fell short by 10 to 15 runs which cost them, in the end, knowing that the wicket is really good for batting and with short boundaries too.
Not to leave that Hay scored a half-century and some good stuff and firework from Wiggins and Cleaver but still wasn't enough for the Auckland. Good bowling from Lister(0/20), Ferguson who took 2/24 of his four overs Ashok who bowled tight and took 1/24 for his spell and in last 2 wickets for Delport too.

Coming to chase Auckland Aces senior played stood firm till last and took his team home and that is what is expected of the senior player and so did Guptill, played a blistering knock of 79 from just 58 balls smashing 3 sixes and 7 fours. To support Guptill Captain played his role to perfection came to bat when the score was 104-4 and the team needed 66 from 31 playing a thrilling knock of 34 off 26 smashing 4 fours and a six off the very first he faced and to close in the end Lockie Ferguson smashed a six to take his team home and showed that he too has some shots in his skillset.

Overall Great performance from Auckland and Central need to keep a check on their mistake and come back strong in the upcoming games.

Jatin-A thrilling win for the Auckland Aces by 4 wickets chasing down 168 from Central Stags with a ball to spare giving them valuable 3 points and moving up in the point table. Central Stags needs to look into the concerned area and work hard and get things right for the team and come up better in the upcoming games.
19.5 J Field to L Ferguson
6 Six!! Ferguson does a Trent Boult. Full delivery down the leg and Ferguson flicks it over the square leg boundary for a massive six to finish the game. Initially we thought it will be Guptill who will do it for the Aces but in the end it was Ferguson and they are hugging each other for this effort. What a finish. They win it by four wickets with a ball to spare.
19.4 J Field to M Guptill
1 Well bowled. Full and at the off stick. Yorker. Jams it away to mid off region for just a single. 5 needed from 2 balls
19.3 J Field to L Ferguson
1 Good length outside off, cuts it straight to the point fielder and they run for a single.
19.2 J Field to M Guptill
1 Oh ho.. Fuller ball ta the stumps, Guptill tries to glance it past the short fine but it goes straight to him and they run a single.
19.1 J Field to L Ferguson
1b Single. Well done Ferguson. Gives the strike to Guptill Fuller, slower outside off, Ferguson misses the ball and they run through for a bye. Misses the run out at both the ends.

18.6 S Rance to B Horne
W Wickett!! Finally Horne departs after his cameo of 27 off 9 balls. Fuller ball on off, tries to hoick it over the mid wicket fence but doesn't get it cleanly as it goes high in the air. Bowler calls for it as there was no one around to take that catch and takes this skier. He surely had heart in his mouth as he takes this catch. And they have crossed.
18.5 S Rance to B Horne
6 Six!! Full toss at the pads, Horne smokes it flat and hard over the square leg fence for a six. What a cameo is this from Horne.
18.4 S Rance to M Guptill
1 Another single. Fuller ball wide outside off, on the tram line. Guptill tries to hoick it over the extra covers but gets a thick outside edge. In the air and dropped by the diving keeper. Was a difficult chance but need to take those at this stage. Single to short third.
18.3 S Rance to B Horne
1 Slower and straighter on off, Horne drives it to long on for a single.
18.2 S Rance to B Horne
4 Four!! A low full toss on off, spanks it over the bowler's head for another boundary. Expensive.
18.1 S Rance to B Horne
4 Four!! Horne is on fire. Fuller delivery on off, Horne spanks it back past the bowler and was just wide off mid off. He lets it go through his legs for a four. Not the type of effort you need when the match is on the line.

1 Touch shortish length and just outside off, taps it to third man for a single.
17.5 A Patel to B Horne
4 Four!! Short and on middle, Horne plays a forehand smash back over the bowler's head for a cracking four. Nicely played. Mid off was inside the circle there.
