Meanwhile, it's been an absolute pleasure to bring you this game. Thank you for joining, it's Tushar Garg signing off along with my co comms for the game Rohit Yadav and Ajay Ahire. Heather Graham has been adjudged the Player of the Match for her impressive bowling spell
Earlier, the Stars innings was single-handedly driven by Elyse Villani. She scored 84 out of the Stars' total of 122. No other batter from the Stars lineup could cross double figures and extras were the second highest contributor with 14. Villani stamped her authority on the game with some glorious shot making on a pitch which was not easy to bat on, as found out by other batters on either side. Heather Graham was the pick of the bowlers for the Scorchers, claiming match figures of 4-0-16-3.
Phew. We have been treated to a low-scoring humdinger. And Perth Scorchers Women emerge as the winners at the end of it, pushing them to to the top of the league table. Chasing a modest target of 123, Scorchers lost their big guns Sophie Devine and Beth Mooney early in the innings giving Stars a massive lift. The middle order chipped in with useful contributions to not let the situation go out of control. Mathilda Carmichael  played an important cameo of 30(20) balls lower down the order to put Scorchers in a winning position. A brilliant penultimate over from Smith, and a wicket off the penultimate ball made things very exciting. And it all came down to Peschel facing the last ball of the innings to get a single, which they somehow managed to scamper through for. A big win for Scorchers in their pursuit of the top spot. They pile on the pressure on the Renegades, who now face a must-win game against Brisbane Heat later today for a direct place in the final

19.6 A Sutherland to T Peschel
1 Peschel nudges this full length ball towards mid off and sets off for a single. The fielder at short mid-off throws it at the stumps off balanced and it's not an accurate one. Peschel gets through to complete the single. What a finish.

It has been referred to TV umpire as she was returning back for 2nd run. That's very tight and she is short of her crease here and OUT.
19.5 A Sutherland to A King
W Drama here. Is it the win or a runout? Full toss, King swipes towards square leg, they take on the fielder's arm in the deep and try to sneak in the second. The umpire goes upstairs, and the decision is out. So scores are level with 1 ball to go
19.4 A Sutherland to A King
4 Can you believe it. Cricket is a cruel game. Full outside off, King swings and swings hard, but all she manages is an outside edge which runs over the keeper's head for a precious boundary
19.3 A Sutherland to A King
2 Bowls short and outside off again, King slashes again, this time ball just goes over the fielder at the edge of the circle. A couple added to the score.
19.2 A Sutherland to A King
0 Dot ball. Golden under the circumstances. Short and bowled just inside the tramline outside off, King slashes but doesn't makes a connection
19.1 A Sutherland to M Kapp
1 Full and angling in on leg stump, Kapp drives it down to long on. Just a single, Scorchers need 8 off 5

18.6 L Smith to A King
2 Pushed through outside off, King drives it, playing a more conventional shot this time, a misfield at deep cover allows them an extra important run
18.5 L Smith to A King
0 Flighted outside off, King looks for the reverse sweep but the line is not there for that shot
18.4 L Smith to A King
0 Flighted outside off, King can only push it back to the bowler
18.3 L Smith to A King
0 Full and outside off, King drives it to cover
