That's the end of the coverage of this game. Do switch tabs as Sri Lanka take on Ireland at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. I'm Akshay Bhide signing off on behalf of my co-commentators Anurag Dasgupta and Anurag Singh. Tata. Bye Bye.
Gerhard Erasmus | Namibia Skipper: "A special win for all of us. It was tough but credit to Weise for playing that innings. It was a very special innings.
It was tough to bowl with a short boundary at one side. Everyone in the camp is very happy with the win and it is a very special day for everyone."

Pieter Seelaar | Netherlands Skipper: "We got to a good total. It was above par and the Namibian bowlers didn't bowl great but we lost on the opportunity to score big.
We went with a few choices and it didn't work tonight. We aren't eliminated yet. Fingers crossed and hoping that Ireland beat Sri Lanka tonight. Or else we will look to finish the innings on a high."
David Wiese | Man of the Match: "Feeling exhausting to be honest. It is hot out there. Just feeling happy to contribute for my side. Really thankful for Namibia to give me this opportunity to play a World Cup once again. It is a special moment, playing such a knock at this crucial stage. We were lucky to get a big over right before the drinks break and then the momentum shifted."
Akshay: 165 was always going to be a tricky chase. The Namibian openers got off to a good start but Green was knocked over in the fifth over by Fred Klaassen. They scored 41 at the end of the powerplay and the Netherlands’ spinners pulled back things with a couple of wickets in quick succession. David Wiese joined his skipper Gerhard Erasmus and both put a solid partnership.

David Wiese with his long levers found the boundaries more often as he was striking close to 200. He brought up his fifty off just 29 balls to bring the required run-rate under control. The 93 run stand was broken when Erasmus edged a drive but it was a little late for the Dutch side as the Namibian side required only 20 runs from 20 balls. David Wiese remained unbeaten on 66 off 40 balls to take his side across the line with one over to spare.

Earlier in the day, it was Namibia skipper Gerhard Erasmus who won the toss and opted to field first. The bowlers struggled a bit upfront as the Netherlands openers got off to a good start. They did manage to pick two wickets inside the first 10 overs but Max O’Dowd stood tall against the Namibian bowlers. He was well supported by Colin Ackermann from the other end as the opener brought up a fantastic half-century. He played some brilliant strokes as his innings help the Dutch side post 164 on the board. Jan Frylinck for Namibia picked up two wickets with David Wiese finishing with a wicket. The total wasn't enough as Namibia chased down the total in a thriller of a contest.

Akshay: That’s the end of the match. Fantastic performance by Namibia as they defeat the Netherlands by 6 wickets. A sensational innings from David Wiese keep Namibia’s hopes alive. A special moment for the Namibian side as they win their first-ever World Cup match.

4 THERE IT IS! Namibia have done it here. What a special moment for this nation. They looked down and out at the halfway mark, but they never gave up. This was fuller on the off. Smit throws his bat at it and the thick outside-edge races past the keeper for a boundary to end this game..
18.5 Beek to J Smit
4 Four! That surely has to be it for Namibia. A cracking shot from Smit. This was short and wide, width offered and Smit says thank you so much. He opens the face of the bat and carves it through the point region for a boundary..
18.4 Beek to J Smit
2 Short of length on the stumps. Smit stays back and swats it down to long on to collect a couple of easy runs. Now they need 7 runs to win..
18.4 Beek to J Smit
WD This is poor, very poor from van Beek! Fuller and way way wide of the tramline outside the off. Another wide called by the umpire.
18.3 Beek to J Smit
0 Another fuller length delivery on the tramline. Would have been a wide had Smit left it. He reaches for the ball and gets an under-edge that rolls back to the bowler..
18.3 Beek to J Smit
WD Ohhh, it will be called a wide! Too harsh I feel. Fuller and on the tramline outside the off. Smit reaches for it and fails to get a bat on it..
18.2 Beek to J Smit
2 Smit collects a couple of crucial runs here! This was a length delivery outside the off. Smit cuts it down to deep point and has enough legs to come back for a second run..
18.2 Beek to J Smit
WD Fuller, slower and way outside the tramline outside the off. van Beek has to reload that once again..
18.1 Beek to D Wiese
1 Tries to be cheeky here and wanted to ramp this length delivery on the leg side. It was a slower length ball and at the end Wiese decides to reverse paddle this towards short third man for a cheeky run. Didn't get the desired connection it...

0 SMIT MISSES HIS HEAVE! Excellent over from Klaassen. Length on the middle and leg.Smit tries to be the hero as he goes for a heave and misses the connection..
17.5 F Klaassen to D Wiese
1lb And again, Wiese tries to do something cheeky and goes for a swipe across the line. It was a length delivery that clips his thigh and rolls down to the keeper. Good game awareness from Wiese who decides to chip in with a leg bye...
