So that is it from this one, the Protea whitewash Sri Lanka. This was Anurag Dasgupta covering the game for all of you with my co-commentators, Anurag Singh and Akshay Bhide. Hope you enjoyed the coverage. Stay tuned with us for the ongoing live coverage of the CPL.
Dasun Shanaka | Sri Lankan skipper:

"First of all, a big congratulation to South Africa. Our bowling was good but we need to think again about our batting unit. SA have been outstanding against spin. Not a lot of positives in this series. Hasaranga and Karunaratne are the positives for us.

Though we lost the series, we have the confidence of beating India and South Africa in ODIs. The boys know what they need to do to step up and we'll do that. Wickets are key in T20s, though we had starts we just threw wickets in the middle overs and that is a concern going ahead."

Quinton de Kock | Man of the Match and Man of the Series:

"Obviously I have been here a couple of times so I know the conditions and just look to get the job done. I didn't have too much of a break, I was home only for a week. I played The Hundred and picked up some skills there. Body management is key for the season going forward but apart from that there isn't too much to think about."
A total of 121 was always going to be a cakewalk for the visitors and that's exactly what happened. South Africa lost the toss once again and that was perhaps the only thing they got wrong. A rank turner was prepared for this encounter and Sri Lanka were trapped in their own trap.

They lost wickets at regular intervals and barring a valiant effort from Kusal Perera and Chamika Karunaratne, no one applied the basics of batting and as a result they were bundled out for such a low total. South Africa had a batting practice in the middle. The duo of QDK and Hendricks played with utmost ease and looked comfortable against the Sri Lankan spinners.

In the end, the Lankan bowling attack looked toothless and failed to spun their web round the Proteas top-order batters. Both de Kock and Hendricks remained unbeaten on 50+ scores and steered their side past the victory line.

Hang round everyone, presentation ceremony coming up in a while..
And with that brace, South Africa have annihilated the hosts. A comfortable 3-0 win in the series and the visitors have outplayed the Lankan Lions in all three departments of the game. South Africa have won this game by 10 wickets and they never-ever looked out of place in the chase.

2 Slower and shorter. de Kock rocks on the back-foot and punches it neatly past the covers for a couple of runs. Clean sweep here for the Proteas. They have won the series, 3-0.
14.3 C Karunaratne to R Hendricks
1 Slower bumper. Easy picking for Hendricks. He waits for the ball and pulls it along the ground to deep backward square..
14.2 C Karunaratne to R Hendricks
2 Nailed down the ground for a couple of more runs! Fuller on the stumps. Hendricks chips it back past the bowler and by the time the man at long on dives in to save the ball, Hendricks had enough time to come back for a brace..
14.1 C Karunaratne to R Hendricks
2 Bumper on the shoulders. Hendricks gets on top of the bounce and swats it between cow corner and deep mid to complete a comfortable couple..
