So, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentators, Anurag Singh and Farzan. Do stay tuned to OneCricket and Cricketexchange's live coverage of a lot more matches
Ruturaj Gaikwad "Today to start off with, it was a slow wicket, slightly damp. Got better as the game progressed. Needed someone to bat till the 14-15th over. I'm just working on timing the ball really well, maintaining my shape. Right from when I started, have come across many coaches. Everyone's told me I have the gift of timing, just been using that. I think I would say my selection in CSK in 2019 when I didn't get a chance, being in the dressing room, I got to learn a lot. Got to know routines, hard work needed, work to put in. That was a good learning curve. Didn't dream of a 100, aim was to make sure we get to 160-170. Would've loved to be on the winning side, maybe next time"
Ruturaj Gaikwad has been named as the 'Player of the Match' for his superb hundred!
Sanju Samson | Winning captain: "We are aware of the abilities of the people we have in our batting line-up. That's why it's disappointing when we lose. The wicket was behaving really well in the last 3-4 overs, so we knew it'd be much better in the second innings. I am happy I guessed it (pitch getting better in the second dig) right. They have been giving good starts, they almost finished off the game in the powerplay. Very happy for Jaiswal, we are very sure he'll make it big. He keeps on eating (laughs). We have been discussing about Dube in the last 2-3 games. We thought today might be his day. He has been working hard in the nets. Unbelievable batting by Gaikwad. There's no risk the way he plays. Very happy he scored a hundred, respect him. We are not thinking too far ahead, one game at a time"
MS Dhoni | Losing captain:  "A bad toss to lose. 190 was a good score, and the dew made it flat, and the ball started coming on well. You needed to bat well, and they did that, and put pressure on the bowlers. They just took the game away in the first 6 overs. 250 would've been closer to par, given the way they were going. It was stopping a bit when their wristspinners were bowling, and it started coming on better later, that's when Ruturaj capitalised really well. Often when you lose the game it can get brushed under the carpet but it was a brilliant innings. I think the batsmen must assess quickly what is a good score, and you tend to go hard in the T20 format and then realise that it's not a 160-180 wicket. They assessed the conditions quickly, and they didn't let pressure get to the middle order. Deepak played really well, and the bowlers were under the pump. We could have used the dimensions better in terms of setting fields too. It's important to forget but also learn from this game, because there's no point learning if this happens in a playoff match"
In the end, a comfortable win for Rajasthan Royals!! The pitch looked good in the first innings too but it seemed like the conditions got better when Rajasthan came out to bat. Chasing 190 for victory, the duo of Evin Lewis and Yashasvi Jaiswal came up with full positive intent. Jaiswal, in particular took a liking to Josh Hazlewood and scored 22 runs off the fifth over to register a 19-ball fifty.

Only two balls later, Shardul Thakur dismissed Evin Lewis while KM Asif also sent back Jaiswal off his very first delivery in the seventh over. The two quick wickets didn't affect Rajasthan at all as Shivam Dube came in and got going very quickly while the skipper Sanju Samson also kept rotating the strike. Dube went onto post his maiden IPL fifty in the 14th over as Rajasthan started to cruise home. With victory in sight, Sanju pulled a short delivery from Shardul Thakur straight to deep square-leg.

However, the duo of Dube and Glenn Phillips took the side home safely with seven wickets and 15 balls to spare!
17.3 M Ali to G Phillips
1 And with that, RR pull off an impressive victory against the in-form CSK to keep their playoffs hopes alive.  Length delivery in the channel to Phillips who cuts it past point for one.
17.2 M Ali to S Dube
1 Moeen replaces Asif here. Tossed up outside off to Dube who gets on the front foot and pushes it to long off for a single. Scores level now!!
17.1 K Asif to S Dube
2 Pitched up in the slot to Dube who lofts this over the bowler's head for an easy couple of runs. It looks like Asif has pulled up a muscle and quite surprisingly he is getting treatment from Raina.

16.6 S Curran to G Phillips
6 SIXXX!!! Phillips joins the party with Dube. Banged in short to Phillips who latches onto it and pulls it ferociously over the square leg fence for a maximum. Just 4 required now..
16.5 S Curran to S Dube
1 Curran follows Dube with a length delivery as he makes room. He ends up chipping it to deep mid wicket region for a single.
16.4 S Curran to G Phillips
1 Overpitched outside off, Phillips taps it to sweeper cover and collects a single.
16.3 S Curran to G Phillips
2 Length delivery offering width outside off, Phillips cuts this past point and collects a couple.
16.2 S Curran to G Phillips
4 FOURR!! That is a cracking drive from the Kiwi allrounder. Back of a length angling across to Phillips who clears his front leg and smacks it past covers for a boundary.
16.2 S Curran to G Phillips
NB What was that!! That has slipped from Curran's hand and it has landed near the forward short leg region. Phillips gives this a funny chase but of no use. No ball has been called.
16.1 S Curran to S Dube
1 Pitched up outside off to Dube who whacks it to long on for a single
