That's it from our side. Do join us for another intriguing day tomorrow. Till then, it's ta-ta and goodnight from me, Arjun Bhalla (second innings) and my fellow commentators Akshay Bhide and Arya Sekhar Chakraborty.

Yuzvendra Chahal | Player of the Match: Two left-handers were batting so Virat planned to go with the medium-pacers. I have watched his (Lomror) videos, he's very good on the leg-side. If he comes down, I will bowl wider. With Livingstone, I bowled a little bit slower. In the first half of IPL, I didn't get wickets in the first three-four matches. After the break, I backed myself. I bowled well in the SL series and I got my confidence back. I wanted to maintain that momentum here.

Yuzvendra Chahal bags the Man of the Match award.
Virat Kohli | RCB captain: We have come back strongly in two games back-to-back with the ball which is great. It means we are heading in the right direction. We came back and dominated. 175 would have been competitive. With the kind of bowling attack we have, we need a couple of breakthroughs and things will open up. We knew if we held to our patience, we'll get mistakes from the batsmen and that's what opened. Lewis's wicket was the game-changing moment. We have gotten the rewards because we have been confident. Through the middle overs, our bowling has been amazing. With the bat as well, we have been getting good opening starts. That's been the focus with Dev and myself - to get good starts. Everything is coming along nicely and people are making contributions at the right time. We were blown away in game one, we took it as a positive. You need to be up with the pace in this tournament. We are getting into the groove at right stage of the tournament.
Glenn Maxwell: I thought we played really well. They got off to an absolute flier and to bring them back in the last 10 overs was outstanding, then we controlled the tempo of the innings and finished it off. I have felt good since coming here, got myself into a nice routine at training and outside of training as well, just feel like it is really clicking for me. I don't suppose it (the atmosphere) is different to any other franchise, just what we have created as a group. It is nice to have a bunch of guys doing different things and not relying on one guy. Everyone is chipping in and it has been a really enjoyable group so far. I wouldn't call it an experiment, he's (Bharat) a genuine top-class batter and the way he has gone about his innings is outstanding.
Sanju Samson | Rajasthan Royals captain: We got a really good start, our openers played really well, but we couldn't capitalize on it. Think the middle-order needs some confidence, it has been a hard one week for us, we need to put up a good fight. The wicket was a bit two paced, so the batters couldn't time the ball properly, they kept mistiming it. I'm happy with the intent put in by the bowlers. We don't have anything to lose and that gives a lot of freedom to go out and express ourselves. Funny things can happen in IPL, we need to keep believing till the last match we play.

A massive victory for Virat Kohli's Bangalore as they bag an easy win over Rajasthan Royals. It all started with an inspiring bowling performance by the Men in Red and Black, as they pulled back things from being under the pump with RR at 77-0. Bowlers brought RCB back in the first innings, restricting the Royals to 149-9.

Chasing 150 runs on this deck at Dubai was never gonna be a toughie for a batting line-up like Challengers'. The openers came out in attacking mode, skipper Kohli and Padikkal took their chances early on. Both of them timed some exquisite boundaries, played-and-missed some, and got some fate as well. They got to 48 runs inside the Powerplay before Mustafizur pinned one on DDP's furniture. Kohli was also removed soon, paying the price of taking on Parag's arm.

With RCB at 58-2, Maxwell came out to turn the heat on. The Big Show was well aided by KS Bharat. Both these batters never let the momentum slip off RCB's hands. With Maxi on the other end, KS was the one who was more daunting for the Rajasthan bowlers. Alas, the young keeper-batter missed on his maiden IPL fifty. However, his partner Maxwell smothered the opposition. He picked one Morris over and slaughtered the seamer for 22 runs in the 17th, before AB de Villiers nailed the match-winning boundary.

17.1 R Parag to Villiers
4 Parag is here but only to allow AB de Villiers to end the game in style!!!! ABD opens his account in style and finishes off the game in style as well!!!! A massive seven-wicket win for RCB as they chase the target with 17 deliveries still to go! NRR will get some boasting!! A match-winning boundary for AB as he walks across, sits on one knee to place a sweep into the vacant spaces along square leg to seal a thumping victory for his side!

16.6 C Morris to G Maxwell
4 FIFTY AGAIN FOR MAXWELL! Overpitched just around off and he stands in his crease to whip it powerfully down to the ground to send it into the mid-on fence to level the scores.
16.5 C Morris to G Maxwell
4 Top edged and four!!!!! Digs it short outside off, Maxwell shuffles across. Yet again. The batter looks to pull Morris out of the arena but the ball hurries into him, as it takes the top edges and flies over the keeper for a boundary!!!!
Stat: Glenn Maxwell completes 7000 runs in T20s. He becomes the fifth Australian to get to the milestone.
16.4 C Morris to G Maxwell
2 Pulls it again and gets a brace now. Slower delivery on a full length around off, Maxwell gets half-forward for a bottom-handed whip over mid-wicket as Liam Livingstone cuts the ball well at the boundary fence.
16.3 C Morris to G Maxwell
4 Maxiwell is looking to finish off the game quickly!!! Back of a length and hammered. The batter gets inside the line and helps himself to the easiest of pulls over backward square leg as the ball just drops short of the ropes past the fielder.
16.2 C Morris to G Maxwell
2 Edges past the keeper for two more runs. Goes to drive the halfvolley but ball takes the thick edge for a brace down to third man.
16.1 C Morris to G Maxwell
6 MAXI VS MORRIS!!! And Maxi has the upper hand this time around. Nails a maximum here. Overpitched into the slot outside off, Maxwell gets forward to whip it with disdain over mid-wicket as that strong bottom hand power of his takes it soaring over the ropes!
