So, that is it from our side. It was a pleasure bring you all the ball by ball comms. Do join us on the 8th, sharp at 7:00 PM IST for the next CPL clash. Also, do not forget to follow OneCricket and Cricket Exchange's coverage of the Day 5 of the Oval Test between India and England.

This was Arjun Bhalla, Karthik Raj and Kingshuk Kusari. Merci Beaucoup & goodnight!
Kieron Pollard | Winning captain: I'm pleased with the two points, and it's been a hold and cold season. Hopefully we can get some consistency going forward. Nothing to assess so far for the bowling, they've been doing well, Rampaul's experience shows clearly and he knows how to exploit the conditions. Akeal and Narine have done well to support him too. We still need to improve on our batting but it was impressive today. We still need to improve on our batting but it was impressive today. We need to rotate the strike, and we did that, didn't just deal in boundaries and dots and Simmons showed us the way with his innings today.

Rovman Powell | Losing captain: It was not a 15-5 wicket. TKR bowled well and some bad shots in the powerplay brought us down. Imad and Carlos did well, and that's the thing about the team, someone puts their hand up. The catches haven't been taken this year and last year and that's something we need to get right. Chemar and Chadwick are being tended to by the physio and they'll be fine soon.

Lendl Simmons | Player of the Match: It was a better pitch today. My catching has been good so far. It was a good game, pitch played pretty well and catching gave me confidence with the bat. The first five games the pitch was a bit difficult, but this was better for batting and we saw guys scoring hundreds. I have not lived up to my reputation in the last five games but have come to the party now. We know partnerships come in cricket and we would have taken 144 at the start of the day. We will pick up momentum when the time is right.
Lendl Simmons gets the Player of the Match for his match-winning 70 off 45 deliveries.

A 145-run chase that has been achieved quite easily, in the end, after a couple of hiccups. This St Kitts surface had so many demons in it, when Tallawahs were batting.. but the Knight Riders just came in, did their business, and went off the field after nodding their heads.

It can be said, Jamaica had lesser or less effective spinners, but cricket is not played hindsight. The second innings began with the sky being gloomy and clouds lightning. TKR lost Sunil Narine early in the innings, which was also a debatable LBW decision by the umpire. Just after the first scalp, rain stopped the play for about an hour

Simmons and Munro came out to bat with a positive intent and took the chase shrewdly. The plan was simple, just to hit a boundary every over and then rotate odd singles on the remaining balls. The opposition team too helped them in the act as both the batters were dropped in the innings.. that was all Trinbago needed.

On the whole, the combination of Simmons and Munro stemmed a match-winning stand of 102 runs. Alas they removed when the game was almost done. Wasim got a nick off Munro to the keeper, while Pretorius produced a jaffa of a brute yorker to undone Simmons on 70. However, an unbeaten partnership of 25 runs between skipper and Darren Bravo took them home.

With this win, the defending champions have leapfrogged to the second place.. but more importantly, they have bagged a clinical win.

Trinbago Knight Raiders would be happy to get back into winning ways after losing the last fixture against Guyana Amazon Warriors via a super over. This victory will take them to the third spot in the points table.
17.2 C Green to K Pollard
WD Full and outside the tramline, WIDE called. That is it, Keiron Pollard tucks the bat underneath his arms as TKR wrap up a seven-wicket victory over the Jamaica Tallawahs
17.2 C Green to K Pollard
WD Short and angling outside the tramline, Pollard leaves it. WIDE called
17.1 C Green to D Bravo
1lb Length delivery down leg, Bravo looks to flick but he misses it. Leg-bye taken

4 Pollard drives it down the hill. WOWW.. those beautiful wrists of Kieron. Halfvolley by Pretorius and the skip strides forward and drives the ball through extra cover for a boundary. Picture perfect shot. #FRAMETHAT
16.5 M Pretorius to D Bravo
1 Back of a length on the off. Bravo fends his bat forward and taps it towards backward point, before they jog across.
16.4 M Pretorius to K Pollard
1 Slower low full on the off. Pollard brings the bat down on time and drives it down to wide long-on for a single.
16.3 M Pretorius to D Bravo
1 Length outside off and Bravo hangs back, hops up and runs the ball through backward point for a single to deep.
16.2 M Pretorius to D Bravo
6 And now some powershow by the left-handed Bravo. In the arc, in the slot. Bravo almost read that yesterday. He comes on the front foot, brings his right shape and whacks the ball over the bowler's head for a mighty blow downtown.
16.1 M Pretorius to D Bravo
4 FOUR!!! First for Bravo. Back of a length seaming into Bravo. Too quick from Pretorius and the lefty pulls it at twice his speed. Tickles it towards fine leg for a boundary!!

15.6 I Wasim to K Pollard
0 Short and wide, angling into KP. He goes to pull and under edges the ball to short mid wicket. End of the over, end of the spell for Imad Wasim.
Karthik: Imad Wasim in good rhythm is a very tough bowler to score runs off. He is showing why here. Imad tends to bowl arm balls at pace which also move either way off the pitch
