Milestone
That's it from this match of the BBL between the Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Renegades. Do join us for the upcoming matches from all around the globe. For now, this is me Jatin Sachdeva signing it off along with my Co-commentators Ayan Chatterjee and Ajay Ahire.
Coming to chase Max Bryant and Chris Lynn came to open for the Brisbane, Lynn scored his 3000th run in bbl in today's game and became the first player in bbl history but soon departed straight after that, and a couple of wickets tends to tumble after that within 10 overs and looked like Brisbane will not able to make it but when they took power surge Peirson and Bryant started the fightback and brought their team back on track building a partnership off 84 and Peirson played really well for his 42 off just 23 balls and Bryant scored a half-century but still wasn't enough to take there team home and soon after they both departed chances for Brisbane went to zero and they lost by 27 runs to Sydney.
Talking about Sydney bowler, all bowlers took wickets.
Kerr was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets and a couple for Ben and a wicket each for Steve, Nathan, and Abbott, overall complete teamwork from Sydney bowler helping their team getting home by a huge margin of 27 runs.
So here is the brief of what all happened in this match, Brisbane Heat won the toss and asked Sydney to bat first.
Edward and Philippe came to open for Sydney and put on a 30 run stand for the first wicket after that Hughes took on from there and scored a valuable 59 off 45 balls and some short cameos in the end by Dan Christian and Avendano helping their team to reach to 178/6 off their 20 overs.
Taking about Brisbane bowlers Neser bowled well and took 3 wickets of his spell and a wicket each for Marnus and Steketee.
179 to chase was a par score on this wicket.
Sydney won by a huge margin of 27 runs, their bowler sticked to a tight line and took their team home and Brisbane looked at one stage where they took the power surge that they are coming back in the game but once Peirson and Bryant were out and so were their all chance too.

19.6 H Kerr to J Bazley
1 Low full toss on the middle and leg. Bazley goes across and pushes that one towards the deep midwicket for a single. With that Sixers beats Heat here at Gabba by 27 runs.
19.5 H Kerr to J Bazley
2 2 runs, slogged away to deep mid-wicket and they run for a non-existent second, the throw came in flat at the bowling end but Hayden Kerr had disturbed the stumps with his elbow before clipping the stumps. Not out is the verdict from the telly umpire and rightly so.
19.4 H Kerr to M Swepson
1 A single this time for Swepson. Fuller length on the off. Swepson drives it towards the cover for a single. Direct hit towards the non-striker's end and he was gone.

19.2 H Kerr to J Bazley
1lb Huge appeal but denied by the umpire. Low full toss on the stumps and Bazley misses it on the pads. Looked close that one.
19.1 H Kerr to J Bazley
4 FOUR!!! Edge and it goes past the stumps for a four here. Lucky runs here for Bazley. Fuller length outside the off. Bazley slashes it hard and gets the inside edge of the bat.

18.6 Abbott to M Neser
W WICKET!!! In the air and taken in the deep. Abbott gets the wicket on the final delivery of his spell. He hits the fuller length on the off. Neser gets underneath that one but gets the toe end of the bat. The fielder at deep midwicket takes an easy catch on the fence. He departs for four here.
18.5 Abbott to M Neser
2 A couple of runs here. Good length outside the off. Neser pushes it towards the long-off for a brace here.
