That's all from our side and thank you for watching live ball to ball on CricketExchange and OneCricket. This is Rishabh Gandhi along with Arijit Kundu and Wali, signing off!
Player of the match: Ben Duckett is awarded as the player of the match for his 78 on just 47 balls.

It’s the end of the game and Heats have won by a big margin. 209 is not an easy target and Adelaide Strikers will be disappointed with that performance. A great start for them, Matthew Short hitting those 2 consecutive sixes in first over but it wasn’t quite enough to lead the team to victory.

Heats started off with Chriss Lynn and Max Bryant, a great beginnings and an even better ending. Ben Duckett with his 78 on 47 was definitely the star of the show along with Sam Heazlett who contributed 49 runs too. Strikers bowlers were no where in the picture and it was a dominating performance from their opponent.

In reply, Strikers started of well but losing wickets in quick successions couldn’t get them to a win and they wrapped up at 169-8 in their 20 overs. Kunhemann and Steketee both getting 3 wickets each and Bazley getting a couple too. Brisbane Heats will be extremely content with their dominating batting performance and will look to do the same in the rest of the tournament.

It’s still a long journey and a lot more excitement for you’ll, stay tuned for further games!

Matthew Kuhnemann: "Yeah very important win for us. A very proud win for us. Its quite fantastic to come here at the Adelaide Oval and get a win. I was actually quite happy with the tossing the balls. Yeah, Garton smacked a few but I enjoyed it after the wicket. It was beautiful to see Duckett and Heazlett get some runs, It gets really tough against them in the nets."

19.6 M Steketee to W Agar
3 Slower one again, and wide of the 4th stump line. Agar mistimes the slap past mid off and the duo manages to scamper three runs. Not the best of the timing from Agar and there you go, Heats get the edge over by a margin of 39 runs and pocket some bonus points too.
