So, that is it from me, Karthik Raj and my co-commentators, Akshay Bhide and Aryasekhar Chakraborty. Do join OneCricket's live coverage of more such PSL matches
Imad Wasim: I think we were 20 runs short. It was a belter of a wicket. The bowlers bowled really well. They bowled to the plans. You should peak at the right time. We have one more game to go. If we win it and qualify, you never know. We have a game to go, we will go out there and play with our full strength.
Noor Ahmad: I am feeling very happy. We all tried to win the match and played to our 100 percent potential.
Noor Ahmed has been named as the 'Man of the Match' for his outstanding spell which included two important scalps
Sohail Akhtar: Our batting has been poor after the 6-7 overs. There were a few lapses on the field as well. Noor bowled well. Imad bowled well as well. The overs of spin were very tight. We will sit down and talk about the batting. The bowling has been good. Our middle order did better compared to the previous games.
Time for the Post-match Presentation ceremony
With 20 required off the final over, Lahore could only get two runs off the first two deliveries before Faulkner holed out in the deep. Rashid Khan brought out some nervous energy in the Karachi camp by hitting a six but he could only manage a boundary off the fifth delivery. Mohammad Ilyas held his nerve and bowled a legitimate delivery as Karachi sealed a seven-run victory to keep their play-off hopes alive
Just when one thought the match was 75% done in Karachi's favour, Tim David and James Faulkner started to smack the ball out of the park. The pair joined together to stitch an amazing 62-run partnership off just 24 balls. Even though Tim David got out out off the final delivery of the 18th over, he left Lahore with an equation of 27 off 12 balls. Faulkner struck a six off the second delivery of the penultimate over but Mohammad Amir stormed back to concede just one run off the remaining four deliveries.
The game changed completely in Karachi's favour when Imad Wasim and the 16-year-old Noor Ahmed tied the knots on Lahore. Initially, Imad bowled Fakhar in the ninth after the latter struggled during his 26-ball 19 while Noor Ahmed dismissed both Ben Dunk and Mohammad Hafeez in a mesmerizing spell. Before Dunk and Hafeez got out, Danish Aziz also produced a brilliant run-out to send back Agha Salman. These regular wickets meant that Lahore collapsed to 92-5.
Rashid misses and Lahore Qalandars fall down by seven runs!! In the end, Mohammad Ilyas held his nerve to seal a crucial win for Karachi Kings! The chase started well for Lahore as Sohail Akhtar came up with a flurry of boundaries. At the other end, Fakhar Zaman struggled to get going but Sohail looked good until he was dismissed by an inducker from Ilyas. The required run-rate began to rise after Sohail's dismissal as Lahore finished the Powerplay with 49-1 on the board.

4 A four won't do. Low full toss and Rashid manages to find the boundary down deep square leg. Good shot but unable to get under it which prevents the six.

19.4 M Ilyas to R Khan
6 This game hasn't finished yet folks. Full outside off and Rashid Khan carves it out over the deep third man boundary for a maximum. What a sensational blow from the leg-spinner. He has just lept Qalandars in the match.
19.3 M Ilyas to J Faulkner
W That should be the final nail in the coffin for the Qalandars. Low full toss outside off and all Faulkner manages is to splice it up in the air straight down the throat of the long-on fielder.
19.2 M Ilyas to R Khan
1 Full toss on the stumps and Rashid tries to smash this down the ground. Gets it high on the bat only for a single down the ground.
19.1 M Ilyas to J Faulkner
1 Only a single down the long-off fielder. Low full toss outside off and Faulkner just manages a single, good delivery and Faulkner unable to get under it. He is outside the stumps trying to nail this down the ground but doesn't connect it well.
