So that's it from this fascinating contest. It's adieus from me AkshayaKrishna Polya who along with Anirudh, and Anmol brought you all the live actions from this match. stay tuned on our websites and apps for cricket matches all around the globe. We will meet in the next match. Until then it's cheers..!
Kieron Pollard, West Indies skipper: "Yeah, credit to the boys and Rovman took his chances well. Outstanding innings. He was in form from the past few weeks. We bowled well and were able to defend it well. Versatility in our team, sometimes takes the ego out of it. Now that's the challenge we have to be on our toes in the next game as well. We have seen it once after Saturday's game and can't let it happen again."
Moeen Ali, England skipper: " I got know just before the game that was captaining. Rovman batted extremely well and took the game behind our reach. Topley bowled well again with the new ball. Salt and Banton were superb with the bat. Banton took us close but the target was too much to ask for it. We will comeback strong in the next game."
Rovman Powell, Player of the match: " Yeah, I got to know it last night when the captain said to me that I will play today. Practiced hard in the nets in last 6-7 months in dealing with wrist spin especially. We knew that tackling Rashid is important. He is a top class bowler. 20-30 runs from him his more than the win for us. And today all was from the middle of the bat, haha. The Universe Boss and Evin Lewis are the other two."
And that's it. West Indies go 2-1 up in the five match series. A win by a margin of 20 runs. Over 400 runs in the match and England fought well with their young team.

Chasing 225 to win, England didn't get off to a flier. Jason Roy hit one straight to Holder at long-on. He scored 19 runs. Then Tom Banton along with James Vince added a valuable 46 runs for the second wicket. Vince played brief innings of 16 from 9 balls. Moeen Ali and Livingstone were not in the groove and departed cheaply. But it was Banton who kept England in the game with his 73 from just 39 balls with three fours and six biggies. After his departure, it was debutant Phil Salt who tried to get England close to the target with his quick-fire 57 from just 24 balls but was not enough as they ended up at 204/9 in 20 overs.

Pollard was the star with the ball with his figures of 4-0-31-2. Shepherd took three wickets but was expensive. Cottrell bowled well and in his four overs he gave away just 28 runs with a wicket to go with it.

Earlier, West Indies were put in to bat by the England stand-in skipper Moeen Ali after the match was delayed by 20minutes due to rain. They lost their openers for nothing much. But it was all down for Nicholas Pooran, to begin with, and then carried on by Rovman Powell. They put together a mammoth 122 run stand for the third wicket. Pooran hit some delightful shots on the way to his 70 off 43 including 4 fours and 5sixes. But this innings was overshadowed by his partner's brilliant striking as he got through to a magnificent century. He became the third West Indian to hit a century. His innings of 107 from 53 balls contained 10 massive biggies and 4 boundaries. Shepherd and Pollard struck a couple of boundaries in the final overs to push the score close to 225. They finished with a score of 224/5.

Apart from Reece Topley and Adil Rashid, nobody looked like having an impact in the game and they together bowled 8 overs between them conceding 55 runs and picking up two wickets.
