That's all from the commentary box folks. Stay tuned for tomorrow's clash between Punjab Kings and the Kolkata Knight Riders. Ta-ta and goodnight from Arya Sekhar Chakraborty and my co-commentators Akshay Bhide and Kingshuk Kusari.
Shikhar Dhawan, DC acting captain: It was a thrilling game and shouldn't gone to the Super Over. We should have won it easily, but we made few mistakes but that's part of the journey. I feel that the two boundaries which Avesh got hit, we should have contained them. But, it's part of the game. We were dominating the game whole time, shouldn't have let it go that way in the end. It was very tough to bat specially after the powerplay, turning and holding. Kane Williamson played a good knock, he's a champion player and he always shows his class. It's good to win the game in the end. We made it quite thrilling going to the Super Over and chasing it down. Those little things make a huge impact, I am glad that David didn't complete that run, we got edge over that and we ended up winning the game. Absolutely, looking forward for it and glad that wicket's going to be a bit more better than this one. We are playing nice as a team. We are not depending on one player.
Prithvi Shaw, Man of the Match: It was a good wicket in the first six overs and then it slowed down, but it was fine. I felt the wicket was behaving a bit slower, the spinners were bowling well. 160 was good enough to defend, but a close game. I am just doing all those stuff I have worked with. It's helping me right now, so I think I should continue that. I didn't think about it (Super Over) but Williamson played fantastic. He played a really good knock. Axar bowled really well in the Super Over. I wasn't there, I knew Shikhar bhai and Pant would go for sure because Rashid was going to bowl for sure. So, they wanted Pant and Shikhi to go and hit.
David Warner: It has been a tough one. The way our bowlers came back after the powerplay was fantastic. We knew on this surface if you got off to a flier it is always going to be tough in the middle, the bowlers executed well. I thought Vijay, who is not one of our strike bowlers, bowled fantastically, could have bowled him an extra one, that's the handiness of having him in the middle but the bowlers got us to a good total to chase. Obviously Jonny at the top of the order and Kane taking it deep, we couldn't bat well in the middle overs. It depends on the selectors, it was a harsh call as per my opinion (On leaving out Manish Pandey). But at the end of the day it is a decision that they took and you cannot discredit Virat, he's a very good player and the surface was difficult. They bowled well in the middle and made it challenging for us. If you hit the ball to a world class fielder, you are going to get run out 9 times out of 10 (about his run out).
Steve Smith: I'm fitting well in this group and good bunch of guys. Nice to get over the line in a nail-biter tonight. Ricky was my first international captain and he's calm. It's been a good couple of weeks. This wicket was difficult. I probably tried to overhit the ball. On this wicket, guys who have tried to muscle the ball haven't done that well. Kane played a smart innings and gave them a chance, but nice to finish on the right side of it.
Arya: Prithvi Shaw also got dismissed in an unfortunate manner. The middle overs were played well by Rishabh Pant and Steve Smith. They took the singles and the doubles and smashed the boundaries at an important time. In the end they reached a score of 159 in their allotted 20 oves.
Arya: Earlier in the day it was Rishabh Pant who won the toss and batted. It was followed by a very good start from Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan. Shaw started off with three consecutive boundaries in the very first over and looked in sublime touch. Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw shared a 81 runs stand in 10.2 overs before Dhawan was bamboozled by Rashid Khan.
Arya: Jonny Bairstow blasted his way to a knock of 38 of just 18 deliveries which included 3 fours and 4 sixes. His dismissal at a crucial juncture of the game pushed SRH to the backfoot and it was only due to a Kane Williamson special and some late hitting from Jagadeesh Suchit that SRH managed to level DC's score. Kane Williamson batted his way through a tough situation and found the boundaries at an important juncture of the game. Just when it looked like it was looking too much for SRH, Williamson and Suchith found some important boundaries and in the end, they managed to reach DC's score tieing the game.
Arya: The target of 160 was never going to be an easy one for the Surnisers given the tradition at the Chepauk. David Warner came out to open the innings with Jonny Bairstow and the duo got off to a steady start. Bairstow in particular took the DC bowlers by the scruff of the neck and got his team off to a flying start. Just when the partnership was looking set, Warner was run-out against the run of play which proved to be crucial in the context of the game.
Arya; Just like the match, the super over too turned out to be a tight one. Axar Patel was given the ball by Rishabh Pant and he didn't disappoint. The left-arm spinner bowled in the perfect areas and never really allowed Warner and Kane Williamson to get under any deliveries. In the end David Warner ran one short which kept the target down to 8 and in the end that one run proved to be crucial as DC reached the target on the final delivery of the match. Rashid Khan bowled in the right areas but it wasn't enough to defend the 7 runs.
Arya: A classic end to a cliffhanger between the Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Delhi Capitals. In the end, DC scrape through to a victory and the Orange Army should be very disappointed after almost winning it in the main encounter.

0-5(1.0)
What an end to the game! Rishabh Pant fails to put the sprint in and that might just be a runout. Referal on right now and it looks like he has made it back it and DC have done it. They have chased it down in the final ball of the game.
0.6 Rashid Khan to Shikhar Dhawan
1lb Delhi Capitals might have won it. Tossed up on the stumps and Shikhar Dhawan goes for a slog sweep, doesn't make any contact and gets hit on the pads, off it goes down the short third man region and they steal a single to finish the game off. DC's 4th victory of the campaign.
Warner reviews the decision. Original decision is NOT OUT. Fair delivery to start. There is no bat involved as the UltraEdge confirms it. Onto ball tracking now- Pitching In line, Impact In Line and Missing the wickets. So NOT OUT it is.
0.5 Rashid Khan to Rishabh Pant
1lb Pant goes for a slog sweep to a tossed up delivery on the stumps, misses it and is hit on the pads. A huge appeal from Rashid and Warner has taken the review.
0.4 Rashid Khan to Rishabh Pant
0 Slog and miscued. Big heave from Pant and he does not get any of it. The ball rolls close to Bairstow and Pant decides against taking the run.
Akshay: This is very gutsy from Pant.
0.3 Rashid Khan to Rishabh Pant
4 That should seal the deal for the Delhi Capitals. What a time to play the shot. Brings out the reverse sweep and gets it just over the short third man fielder for a boundary.
Akshay: A quick leg break from Rashid this time.
