Skipper Ben Stokes lifts the trophy and the celebrations begin. That's all for the coverage of this ODI series. As usual it was a pleasure bringing you the live updates from the series. Till the next time, ta-ta and goodnight from me, Anurag Dasgupta and my co-commentators, Akshay Bhide and Arjun Bhalla.
Ben Stokes, England captain: "Throughout the series the efforts have been fantastic, massive thanks for all the players and coaches for making this happen, we've all managed to pull through. The normal personnel aren't here but credit to Eoin, and Silvers, and Trevor Bayliss, for the way they've lead the team over the last six years. Play fearless cricket, like Phil Salt at the top. The most pleasing thing is no-one is affected by the situation and had a great time in front of the Edgbaston crowd. Everyone called up has seriously put their hand up."
Babar Azam, Pakistan captain: "We started well but we were sloppy in the field," he says in Urdu. "We had our opportunities but couldn't capitalise due to our fielding. We will learn from our mistakes and hopefully not repeat them."
The player of the series award goes to Saqib Mahmood: "Pretty special week, given responsibility of the new ball and to repay that, I'm pretty happy. The culture is set from Eoin and Silverwood, and Stokesy stepped in this week. I'll take it as it comes, this time last week I was waiting to play for Lancashire."
The player of the match award goes to James Vince: "We got off to a quick start so the rate wasn't out of control, and Lewy got important boundaries at the right time. We took our time to knock it around. Pleasing to make a contribution, this time last week didn't expect this opportunity."
Time for the presentation ceremony.
Earlier in the day, England won the toss and elected to field first. Pakistan lost Fakhar Zaman early, but then entered skipper Babar Azam who steadied the ship alongside Imam-ul-Haq. The duo added 92 runs for the second wicket before Imam's stumps were castled by a peach of a delivery from Matt Parkinson. In comes Mohammad Rizwan who looked like a man on a mission. The dashing middle order player took the pressure of Babar Azam and played at a strike-rate of more than 100. Babar joined the party and once all the demons in the pitch vanished, he unleashed himself and bludgeoned the English attack. The skipper played a gritty knock and reached his 14th century in ODI cricket. Brydon Carse somehow tighten the screws towards the fag end of the innings, picking up his first fifer in international cricket. In the end, Pakistan managed to score 331 on the board, which was not enough to stop the home side from a clean sweep.
DG: A break of concentration led to Crawley's wicket and Stokes too perished after an entertaining knock of 32. At one stage, England were 165/5, when Lewis Gregory joined hands with James Vince and started to resurrect the innings. It was total carnage from their on as the Pakistani bowlers had no answer to their power-hitting. James Vince was the aggressor early on as the elegant batter reached his century in just 91 deliveries. But Vince got too greedy and threw his wicket away at a crucial juncture. Gregory kept his cool and notched up his fifty in style. But he departed for a well compiled 77, trying to end the match way early then the normal time. Craig Overton and Brydon Carse kept their nerves and helped the Three Lions cross the victory line with 12 balls remaining.
DG: Chasing a mammoth 332, England were off to a horrendous start, losing the in-form Dawid Malan cheaply. But England persisted with their attacking brand of cricket and Phil Salt decided to take the opposition apart with some exquisite shots towards the off side. Salt was particularly merciless on Shaheen Afridi, not allowing the youngster to settle in properly. The dashing attacking batter scored a quickfire 37 off 22 and ensured that England were always in the hunt. Once Salt went back to the pavilion, Zack Crawley was joined in by James Vince and the duo kept on ticking the scoreboard with their attacking approach.
DG: That’s the end of this thrilling encounter and England have chased down a mammoth 332 with 3 wickets in hand. A clean sweep for Ben Stokes and his troops who were simply magnificent in all three ODI matches. Despite scoring 331, Pakistan were drubbed by the England second string team. Congratulations to the Three Lions on the series win.

FOUR AND THE GAME IS OVER!!!
Pakistan have perished as England's second-string side has clean swept the Men in Green.
Was a full ball on the fourth stump line, Carse presses forward and drills that through the extra cover region for a boundary! This has been a monumental effort from England as they produced three extremely impressive performances to claim an unlikely 3-0 series win.

47.5 S Afridi to B Carse
0 Fuller length ball on the fifth stump line, Carse drives it on the rise but straight to covers for no runs.
47.4 S Afridi to B Carse
2 Fuller delivery into Carse who leans on and flicks the ball deep in the leg side to cow corner for a single.
47.3 S Afridi to B Carse
0 Play and a miss! Length ball on the fifth stump line, straightens on pitching as Carse has a wild hoick at it. The ball fizzes past the outside edge.
47.2 S Afridi to C Overton
1 Length delivery around off angling into the batter, it induces an outside edge of Overton but the ball runs down to third man and they take a run.
47.1 S Afridi to C Overton
2 Low full toss onto the stumps and Overton does well as he flicks the ball to mid wicket where the fielder makes a mess, allowing them an easy couple of runs.
Akshay: 9 required now from 18 balls. A whitewash for Pakistan is on the cards unless something dramatic happens for them.
