So, that is it from me, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Aryasekhar Chakraborty. Stay tuned to the remaining matches in this IPL season
AB de Villiers has been awarded the 'Man of the Match' title for his match-winning performance. AB, Player of the Match: Exteremly happy. Thought we didn't bowl well to be honest. Leaked some silly things. Couple of no balls which Yuzi doesn't do. But Virat and I spoke about it, the need to reset. Very very nervous, and erratic and all sorts of funny stuff. I get very stressed. I'm proud of my performances. Want to perform for my team. want to show owners I'm here for a good reason. Family watching, fans, all those things play a big part. Never think about it like that. I try to stick to my gameplans. It's a cat and mouse game. Honestly I didn't hit any one of them in the middle, but close enough to the middle. Luckily I got a couple over and made him nervous. We've had some good games, have had some average games as well. Have had six really good games in this tournament so far. Plenty of reason to be positive.
Kohli: Importance has been getting points on board. Was a very important game because it's three days now till we play again. If we have to be honest, you are tense because you're not sure how many balls he will face. When he plays like that you want him to face every ball, no offence. Always bats by situation. He always looks at the team situation. In my eyes, he's the most important match-winner in the IPL. Purely because of the presence of that man in the middle the oppostion feels we're not out of the game. Young Dev has come in and has batted beautifully. Finch has made an impact at the top. We understand the dynamics. The bowling has stepped up this season. Guys have come back strongly when put under pressure. Saini has been brilliant. Chahal. ISuru has bowled well.
Comments from the skippers Steve Smith: Sure is a hard pill to swallow. Just got AB'd there. That's two in a row we were in the box seat to win but didn't. Disappointing. I think it was a good score on a slow wicket. I thought we built the pressure pretty well and it took a pretty special innings to take RCB home. We wanted to use Jaydev to the bigger boundary, he bowls a lot of slower stuff into the wicket. Obviously boundary not big enough for AB. [On his batting] Nice to spend a bit of time in the middle and get a bit of rhythm.
This saw AB de Villiers join his best mate Virat Kohli but the latter fell off the very next delivery owing to a stunning catch on the fence from Rahul Tewatia. A couple of quiet overs passed away as RCB required 64 off the last five overs. Even though de Villiers got away with the couple of sixes in the next two overs, dot balls from the other end didn't help as the equation came down to 35 required off 12 balls. It was RR's gamble to give the important penultimate over to Jaydev Unadkat that backfired as de Villiers and Gurkeerat Singh took 25 runs off the left-armer's bowling with Mr.360 doing the heavy work with as many three sixes. With ten required off six balls, Archer kept it to just five runs off his first three balls but de Villiers finished the chase in style with a massive six.
What a come-from-behind victory for RCB!!! They go to the top of the table with 12 points for now. RCB didn't get off to the best possible start by loosing Aaron Finch in the fourth over. The rate of scoring initially wasn't also great but Virat Kohli kept on rotating the strike and helped the team score 47 runs in the Powerplay. Padikkal and Kohli carried on the partnership for some more time but the RCB skipper's tendency to run a lot of doubles drained out the energy from the young opener. Eventually, Padikkal fell of Rahul Tewatia's bowling in the 13th over.
19.4 Jofra Archer to AB de Villiers
6 Game, set and match by AB de Villiers!! In the slot once again, de Villiers doesn't miss out this time and thrashes it over mid-wicket for a six. RCB pull off a thrilling chase with two balls to spare.
19.3 Jofra Archer to AB de Villiers
2 In the slot, AB de Villiers didn't get the right connection on his straight drive but he takes two with the ball going to long-on
19.2 Jofra Archer to Gurkeerat Singh
1 Cracking bouncer, Gurkeerat can only get an edge to square leg but more importantly the single brings ABD on strike
19.1 Jofra Archer to Gurkeerat Singh
2 Full toss on the stumps, Gurkeerat shuffles across and swings it to the square leg region for two runs

18.6 Jaydev Unadkat to Gurkeerat Singh
1 Very full outside off, Gurkeerat drives it to the sweeper and takes a single. He will be on strike to face Jofra Archer with RCB requiring ten runs off six balls
18.5 Jaydev Unadkat to Gurkeerat Singh
4 Short and wide, Gurkeerat slaps it to the right of the sweeper!! Sweetly struck!! Four runs!!! Unadkat is crumbling under pressure
18.4 Jaydev Unadkat to Gurkeerat Singh
WD Slower bouncer has gone bad here. The square-leg umpire has given it a wide for height
18.4 Jaydev Unadkat to AB de Villiers
1 Yorker outside off, de Villiers drives it to the sweeper for a single
18.3 Jaydev Unadkat to AB de Villiers
6 Three sixes in a row from Abraham Benjamin de Villiers! Shorter this time, de Villiers pulled this one behind square-leg for a six. Just over the line
18.2 Jaydev Unadkat to AB de Villiers
6 Fuller in length, de Villiers has smashed another huge six over wide long-on. What a shot. Will ABD pull this off for RCB
18.1 Jaydev Unadkat to AB de Villiers
6 Length ball from Unadkat, de Villiers picked the off-cutter and nailed it over mid-wicket for a huge six
Outstanding execution from the young Kartik Tyagi. He made the onlookers raise their eye due to his penchant for bowling yorkers in the U-19 World Cup itself
