Blake's Bio

A lethal seamer with a decent pace, Blake Cullen is a professional English cricketer for the Middlesex County Club. A product of the Middlesex youth system, Blake featured in age-group cricket for Middlesex before making his second XI debut for the County in 2017 against Glamorgan.

After a string of impressive performances with the second XI, the teenager made his senior Championship debut against Sussex on August 22nd, 2020. Blake was also part of England’s U-19 squad for the Jon Lewis’ World Cup in South Africa and bagged 2 wickets in four matches after being dramatically knocked out by Australia in group stages.

Blake signed a three-year rookie deal with Middlesex at the start of the 2020 campaign which will see him at the club at least till the end of 2022. An exciting seamer who bowls at good pace and bounce, he has the ability to swing the ball both ways.

The teenager is also a handy batsman down the order and will be hoping to improve his all-round skills to have a chance of representing the Three Lions at the top-most level.
