Jake's Bio

A promising young cricketer, Jake Fraser-McGurk signed on as an injury replacement player late in BBL 08 season, before getting a full contract ahead of BBL 09.

A right-handed batter who occasionally chips in with leg-break bowling, Fraser-McGurk is one of the brightest batting prospects in Victoria. Fraser-McGurk has represented Australia at various age-group cricket, including their Under-19 squad.

He made his first-class debut for Victoria during the 2019-20 Sheffield Shield season and his List-A debut during the 2019-20 Marsh One-Day Cup. He had a promising 2019 season and scored a fifty on both his first-class and List-A debut.

Currently, he plays for the Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League.
